LJ Higher Vocational College Students' Network Behavior Management Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years,as rapid development of global internet,we have entered into an age of network “Big Bang”,various web-based behaviors such as online shopping,online game,society of Net-world,online learning,and online working,have become inseparable with our daily life.People's work,study,and life cannot start without network.But all things have dual character: it provides us with lots of convenience;meanwhile,it brings many problems.At present,China pushes on professional education;as an important part of professional education,higher vocational college is increasingly valued by the whole society.For the student administrator in higher vocational college,the school should not only cultivate vocational students,but also pay attention to their growth.Vocational students always have a great interest in new things;what's more,they can also faster to accept new things,so they constitute the base of network groups.Relevant research shows that,network has become a necessary element in vocational students' daily life.With development of the age,ways of surging the internet is also getting richer,continuous advancement of technologies such as mobile 4G,wireless network,tablet computer,smart-phone,and smart-watch,dramatically change students' conventional “network behaviors”.Based on the above background,the paper takes LJ higher vocational college as an example,and sends questionnaire to school students,and then make statistical analysis for returned survey after screening;besides,department instructor is visited to understand students' network behavior performance in life and study during academic years,and then,the interview result is organized and analyzed: except that,network data of school students are collected by utilizing technical means,and ABLEAU Smartbi Insight is used to make statistical analysis.The author classifies the problems exist in network behaviors of students in LJ higher vocational college(on the basis of the severity from low to high): there are three aspects which are improper network behavior,network behavior anomie,and illegal network behavior.By applying the theory of self-management,human-oriented management,and network management,and combining with the author's working experience,the paper points out three problems exist in school for students' network behavior management,namely,lack of students' self-management,harmful of school human-oriented management,and loophole of network monitoring management.Finally,for the above management problems,the author puts forward three countermeasures which are to improve students' self-discipline ability for network behavior,strength management for students' network behavior,and perfect regulatory system for network behavior.
