The cultivation of vocational school students professional ability is very important,scientific training methods,can use the existing teaching conditions for improving the quality of vocational education of talents,to serve the needs of modern industry for the professional ability of graduates.Because the chemical industry production particularity,the school can't construction of productive practice base for students to operating practice,vocational colleges of education in chemical process engineering course was based on the traditional theory of teachers' teaching and chemical unit more training is given priority to,the theory and practice,students grasp knowledge passively accept,corresponding to the lack of professional knowledge,professional skills of perceptual knowledge,the professional knowledge is not solid,professional skills proficiency enough,lack of professional quality,the training of students in chemical process engineering can not meet the chemical companies in the standard of choose and employ persons to the requirements of the professional ability.In this paper,through the study of the research of enterprise to understand chemical production requirements of professional abilities,contrast analysis of the secondary vocational students'professional ability training in chemical process engineering,the existing main problems are:the factors of the construction of the training conditions are not perfect,face-to-face experience enterprises is the lack of teachers,chemical technology professional training goal orientation deviation,chemical process of cultivating the ability of professional courses in professional pertinence is not strong,the teaching patterns in chemical process engineering are unfavorable to the cultivation of professional ability,theory and field,and the reason.In this paper,using literature research,questionnaire survey,field interviews and study methods such as comparative analysis,analysis of the current chemical process students professional ability training mode,the problems existing in the method,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve these problems.According to the practical conditions of the context of the existing chemical simulation using project teaching method integrated part of the professional courses,reform the students' teaching practice research on the aspects such as curriculum evaluation system,good results have been achieved.Chemical simulation situation secondary chemical process students professional ability training practice research process for the cultivation of the professional skilled personnel quality to provide theoretical and practical reference value.
