The Influence Of New Media On College Students' Political Socialization And The Countermeasures

August 2016,China Internet Network Information Center released the "2015 China Youth Internet Behavior Research Report" shows that as of December 2015,the size of China's Internet users reached 287 million,accounting for the overall young people 85.3 %.It can be seen,as the highest proportion of young Internet users,has been the Internet,mobile information and other new media more and more profound impact.Ideological and political education as a part of political socialization of college students,will inevitably be affected by the new media.In order to comprehensively,scientifically and rationally study and explore the impact of new media on the political socialization of college students and the countermeasures,this paper first clarifies the basic concepts of new media and political socialization.Secondly,through the questionnaire,the political socialization of college students in the new media environment is investigated from the four dimensions of political concern,political cognition,political identity and political practice,and according to the survey results of the new media on the political socialization of college students,positive influence is to make college students more convenient to obtain political information,political learning more effective,more political practice,the negative influence is that the political concern of college students is relatively unilateral,the mainstream political values are vague and the political practice effect is not ideal;Thirdly,for the analysis of the results and impact analysis,from the social,school,individual three points of the initial proposed to solve the problem of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:first,to optimize the political socialization of college students in the new social environment,that is,to build a social media platform for political socialization of college students,to perfect the government supervision mechanism of the new media market,to play the leading function of the government;second,the multi-channel play a new media in the ideological and political education in the positive role,that is,the use of new media to occupy the ideological and political education positions,strengthen the management of new media management mechanism to enhance the teachers of the new media literacy;Third,to enhance the new media literacy of college students,that is,consciously improve the rational use of new media awareness,enrich their new media knowledge,and actively use new media to promote their own political socialization process;Finally,the conclusion: first,the new media has become an important way of political socialization of college students.Second,the impact of new media on the political socialization of college students is double-sided,positive and negative effects coexist.Thirdly,in the face of the influence of new media on the political socialization of college students,we must make full use of new media,avoid weaknesses and take corresponding countermeasures to promote the smooth progress of political socialization of college students.
