In October 2012,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Learning and Development for Children 3-6 Years of Age(the "Guidelines").The guidelines plays an important role on strengthening scientific education,improving the professional quality and practical ability of kindergarten teachers as well as popularizing scientific parenting knowledge.The Guidelines have been in existence for four years and,in the process,what is the case for the implementation of the Guidelines in kindergartens? Is it possible to scientifically understand the spirit,content and requirements of the Guidelines? Is it possible to carry out educational activities in accordance with the Guidelines? These problems aroused widespread concern.This study uses the literature,text analysis,observation and interviews.Taking the B kindergarten of Chenzhou City as the research case,the author collected the information about the practice of education in science field after the publication of the Guidelines.Based on the interpretation of the scientific concept of the "Guidelines",this paper presents a comprehensive and systematic picture of the practice of education in the field of science in B kindergarten since the promulgation of the Guidelines,and analyzes the problems and influential factors under the background of the "Guidelines".The paper also puts forward some suggestions for kindergartens to carry out the education of science in the guidance of the "Guidelines".This paper consists of six chapters: The first chapter is the preface,including the problem of the proposed,research significance,literature review,conceptual definition,research design;The second chapter explains the scientific concept of the "Guidelines" from the core idea of the "Guide" science field and the specific requirements of the Guide to the practice of science education.The third chapter discusses the Bkindergarten science education practice under the "Guidelines" background from three aspects: establishment of the scientific education environment,the goal and content of the science education,and the organization and guidance;the fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the practice of education in the field of B kindergarten under the background of the "Guidelines" from two aspects: the goal and content of education in science field and the implementation and organization of education in science field.Chapter five analyzes the factors influencing the development of science education in B garden under the background of "Guideline" from two aspects:teachers 'scientific literacy and teachers' learning and understanding of "Guide".In order to better implement the Guidelines in practice and carry out the practice of education in the scientific field in accordance with the spirit of the Guidelines,this study puts forward the following suggestions from the guidelines of learning and teachers' scientific accomplishment:First,to grasp the essence of implementation of the "Guidelines" : 1.To understand the "Guidelines" deeply;2.To strengthen the training of the "Guidelines";Second,to strengthen the training and exploration of the Guide: 1.To ensure the quality of training;2.To build a platform for exploration;Third,to improve the quality of the "Guidelines";Third,improve the scientific literacy of teachers: 1.Innovative pre-service training;2.Entrance barrier strict;3.Attention to kindergarten practice.The above recommendations are intended to provide guidelines for kindergartens to implement the Guidelines and to guide them in their educational activities.
