The Research On The Present Situation And Optimization Strategy Of Retail Employee Training

With the unstoppable process of economic globalization and China's market opening,Retail trade industry is facing fierce competition as well as great challenges and opportunities in our country.Since the end of last century,the retail enterprises in our country have learned some advanced management ideas and methods,but it also exposes their own shortcomings in the operation and management,especially in the development and management of employees' vocational training,there is a very obvious gap,which has become a stumbling block in the development of China's retail enterprises.Therefore,It's very necessary to study this question.In this paper,we using research method by combination of theoretical research and practical case analysis,based on the questionnaire survey,with the training of observation and open interview as a supplement,select the S company as a case.Through the investigation of the status of human resources development and training of S company,starting from the questionnaire survey results of the actual operation situation of S company employees' vocational training.Analysis of the status quo of professional training of the entire retail industry by Analyzing this case.And on this basis,this paper attempts to use modern training theory as the guidance,from the training needs analysis,training plan,training implementation,training effectiveness evaluation and other aspects of proposed optimization strategy of retail chain employee occupation training operation process.Hope that through the research of this paper,the case of the company's employee occupation training system has been improved,can achieve better support and promote the enterprise's strategic target,and hopes to provide a reference for the development of China's entire retail chain and improve staff occupation training.
