In our country,the scale of sports consumer market has kept on growing in recent years.The overall development of the sports industry and other chains in the sports service industry,it is not only satisfied with the need of people for a healthy and happiness life,but also,in the field of raising social and economic growth,sports industry took an irreplaceable role.The growth of sports business can be expected.As the country strengthen support for the sports business,the sports retail industry has developed speedily and has made irreplaceable influence to facilitate national economic prosperity.Simultaneously,the number of sports retail companies continues to increase,and the demand for employee keeps on expand.How to improve the employee retention rate to meet the demands of the evolvement of the sports retail industry is a major question that every sports retail company must follow with interest closely and solve in time.JL is a company that providing sports retail and sports professional service.Sports retail occupies an absolute advantage in corporate operations.It mainly acts as an agent for international and domestic well-known sports brands and leisure brands.Retail terminal employees hold an absolute proportion of the quantity of employees in the corporation.With the changes in the social employment structure,the Cenozoic era continues to enter to the labor market,and the fees of recruitment and training continue to expand,making companies realize that simply relying on expanding recruitment to meet the needs of business expansion is far from solving the shortage of employees.Therefore,how to increase the retention rate of retail terminal employees is a significant and pressing issue that must be resolved in the development of JL.This research mainly is divided into seven sections: Foremost,the preface,which indicates the background,purpose and necessary of the study,the research means and content.Secondly,it is the basic part of this article,which illustrates briefly related concepts and theories,and it also demonstrates the status of employee retention issues at home and abroad.the sports retail industry and the status of retail terminal employee retention is explained in next section.The fourth part expounds the development of JL,the status of retail terminal employee retention,and it makes clear that employee retention is significant to the future growing of JL.In the fifth part,the factors leading to the retention of workers and the problem at hand by company in putting into effect the retention work are obtained through the investigate of the ex-employees and in-service staff of the retail terminal and the interview of retail managers.The sixth section proposes the strategies to improve the status of employee retention.Ultimately,it is the conclusion part,which bring forward the imperfect of the study,and hopes to in-depth discuss the issue of employee retention in the later work.
