The "new retail" enables traditional e-commerce and physical retail enterprises to integrate with each other and establish an omnichannel ecosystem with online and offline synergy.Moreover,enterprises no longer focus only on online or offline operation models,but instead focus on consumers,relying on information technology and intelligent technology to carry out omni-channel operations,omni-media promotion and create a comprehensive user experience.The rapid development of new retail has not only changed the operational models of traditional e-commerce and retail enterprises,but has also given rise to primary jobs such as new retail customer service and new retail operations.Not only that,but the competency requirements for traditional e-commerce positions such as customer service,marketing and operations have also seen new changes.In this context,the training of e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools will also face new challenges.Based on the questionnaire survey of e-commerce related enterprises,e-commerce teachers,students and graduates in secondary vocational schools,this paper studies the demand and training status of e-commerce talents in the new retail perspective,and provides reference for e-commerce talents training in secondary vocational schools.Through the investigation,it is found that the training objectives and curriculum system in secondary vocational schools can not meet the social needs,and the teachers are weak,the practice teaching level is insufficient,and the practice system is not perfect.In order to solve these problems,based on the new retail perspective,this paper puts forward the "double subject,four stage" talent training mode reform scheme of secondary vocational e-commerce major.Schools and enterprises should participate in the personnel training together,reform the training objectives,curriculum system,teacher construction and practice system construction,implement the four stages of "post recognitionindividual skills-comprehensive skills-job capabilities",and integrate the new retail core ability into the ability training.Therefore,students can gradually learn post knowledge and skills.In terms of training objectives,based on the industry research,the school should determine the jobs and core competencies to adapt to the new retail development,so as to determine the talent training objectives;In terms of curriculum system,the school should systematically set up ecommerce professional courses according to the working process,aiming to "capacity enhancement",and design teaching from four stages,namely post recognition,individual skills,comprehensive skills,and job capabilities;In terms of faculty construction,the school should build a "school-enterprise co-education",introduce excellent enterprise experts,build a quality teacher team,enhance the vitality of the teacher team,strengthen vocational skills training,and improve the teaching level of teachers in school;In terms of the construction of practical teaching system,the school should build a practical project system online and offline,sets up practical projects of core competence of new retail related posts,divides the practical projects into four training stages of post recognition,individual skills,comprehensive skills,and job capabilities,and should also strengthen the construction of practice bases inside and outside the school,and effectively establish the teaching evaluation system.
