With the high-quality development of youth volunteers in the new era,the sustainable development of college volunteer teams has been highly valued by the college Communist Youth League.The NT club is a volunteer team of G University,and the club’s volunteer activities are the normalized volunteer service of the W City Railway Station.This study analyzed the issue and need faced by the sustainable development of NT club,explored the rational methods and specialized paths of social work services.Give satisfied play to the advantages of social work and club activities to educate people,elevate the vigorous development of the volunteer spirit of college volunteer teams,thus built the sustainable development capability of volunteer teams in grassroots governance.In the study,firstly,the author consulted relevant domestic and abroad literature to clarify the status of research direction and achievements of college student volunteer associations,and then explained the study content,ideas and methods of this subjects;secondly,the author analyzed the connection between the main body of NT club activities and the environment,and then question of inquiry the activities by the team,combined with the research on the status quo of the normalized service of NT club in G University.During this period,the author took 19 NT club members as the group service objects to collect the current status of individual participation activities of the group members and evaluate the development needs of the group members so as to relieve emotional distress,improve service skills,feel club cohesion and achieve public interaction by using the multiple research methods.Started from the empowerment theory,social learning theory and social mobilization theory,the author launched a series of group activities with the theme of emotional management,teamwork,service empowerment,and public guidance with a main line of "promoting a better environment and improving ability".In group social work,the author serviced the group members as social workers and maintained communication with the group members,formulated professional plans,built multi-party cooperation as much as possible,and integrated the concept of "people-oriented,helping others and self-help" into the social work service process.After the group activities,most of the club members changed significantly,and from the results it can be seen that social work service affects the motivational qualities,volunteer spirit,and service skills of team members at the individual level,the cooperation and support relationship between members at the interpersonal relationship,and the team organization gradually realized the positive interaction between the mobile crowd and the club.In the end,from the perspective of social work,the following conclusions are made on the development process: firstly,the advantages of group social work intervention and practical skills enhance the effectiveness of individual growth of volunteers.Workers make full use of the micro practical skills of communication and interaction to help team members gradually build up their competence in volunteer service and convey the belief in volunteer spirit;secondly,the advantage of group social work service,the group reciprocity model endow group activities with social significance and built a friendly situation for the sustainable development of the club;thirdly,inadequacies of group social work mobility of group members affects actual effect of group service.The author made some suggestions: the aims to promote self-growth of volunteer,build multi-cooperation in associations,and build a school social worker team,the aiming to improve the content and form of volunteer activities of the NT club so as to make it a high-quality carrier for the sustainable development of the club,and provide effective and specialized support for the development of public welfare associations in colleges and universities where grassroots governance gathers the strength of college students’ volunteer. |
