With the extensive cooperation between China and Thailand in various fields,the number of people who is learning Chinese in Thailand has increased year by year.Voice as the material basis of language,is the primary content of learning a language.Although both Chinese and Thai belong to the Sino-Tibetan language family,there are still large differences between the two languages.These differences lead to the occurrence of errors when Thai is learning Chinese.To allow Thai students to speak Chinese and pronounce accurately,it is necessary for the students to analyze the error of voice,and use appropriate teaching methods to prevent and correct bias.This paper is devoted to the study of Thai primary students' initial consonant error.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper analyzes the significance of this topic,the necessity of choosing the topic,and introduces the characteristics of this paper,such as strong pertinence,strong veracity,and language contrast.At the same time,the paper introduces the research theory and research methods briefly.The second chapter is the comparison of the initial consonants.On the basis of contrastive analysis theory,it describes the formation of Chinese and Thai phonetic systems briefly,introduces the initial consonant systems of Chinese and Thai,and analyzes the similarities and differences between the initial consonant systems of Chinese and Thai carefully.According to the differences between the two,the Thai students to learn the initial consonant errors are predicted.In third chapter,the speech samples are collected.The acquisition of speech samples is related to the accuracy of error analysis results.In this chapter,the author details the selection of object,sample collection,survey design,investigation process and error analysis method.The fourth chapter,error analysis.This paper analyzes the initial consonant errors of Thai primary students learning Chinese language in the initial stage,summarizes the error law,and analyzes the causes of bias.At the same time,it combined with Chinese and Thai in the initial consonant comparison,divide the initial consonant difficulty level.The fifth chapter,initial consonant teaching.It analyzes the unique characteristics of Thai pupils in learning Chinese language and puts forward the initial consonant teaching strategies according to their advantages and disadvantages.The sixth chapter,conclusion.It reviewed full text of the study and pointed out the inadequacies.Based on the theory of the contrast analysis and error analysis,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences of the initial consonants between Chinese and Thai,and puts forward some suggestions on the initial consonants teaching in Thai primary students in the initial stage of learning Chinese language.It hopes that the research of this paper will be beneficial to the teaching of Chinese initial consonants for Thai people.
