Since twentieth Century,more and more countries have attached great importance to the development of education."China education reform and development outline" pointed out: "the hope of revitalizing the nation in education,the hope of revitalizing education in teachers"."Education plans,teacher oriented”.in order to make the education play more role in cultivating talents,teachers' quality should be improved.Initial teacher education is the workhorse of cultivating the teachers of primary and secondary schools,ducation by teachers pre service greatly affects the future development oef the teachers' teaching level and occupation career,which directly affect the quality of education.According to the degree of professional disciplines,want to be engaged in the teacher occupation for the Postgraduate Certificate in Education.University of London Institute of Education,founded in 1892.After more than a hundred years of development,it has become the largest in the United Kingdom specializing in education and related disciplines of higher education.The PGCE teacher education mode is to cultivate practical qualified teachers in primary and secondary schools,has the characteristics of selecting students diversification,curriculum flexibility,excellent teaching skills of students and schools,and maintainclose relations of partnership culture.Therefore,in many respects it is worthy of our in-depth study,discussion and reference.PressureThis paper begins with the introduction,firstly introduces the reason and significance of the paper,then the definition of related concepts,and briefly describes the research how ideas and methods,finally from the British teachers education policy research training mode of research and development in postwar British pre service teachers and PGCE on the training mode of the related literature at home and abroad review and summarize.Text is divided into five parts.In the second chapter,the paper discusses the generation of the pre service training mode of the PGCE teachers from the school of education,University of London from two aspects of theory and practice.The theoretical background includes the support of teacher professional policy and the introduction of pre service training standards.The practice background consists of the continuous transformation of the teacher training mode and the teacher training experience of the University of London School of education.In the third chapter,the author makes an analysis of the whole operation process of the PGCE model of the College of education in University of London through the detailed exposition of the four links of the training objectives,the selection of students,the curriculum and the evaluation.The training target is composed of 2012 basic objectives of theBritish standard of teachers and three specific objectives for different term.Selection of students include five aspects of the written application requirements and three tier enrollment selection.Courses set the corresponding training objectives were set up the primary PGCE and secondary PGCE courses,designed to train qualified primary and secondary school teachers.Assessment and evaluation of the formation of the combination of formative assessment and final evaluation,and strive to scientific and comprehensive evaluation of students' learning situation and professional ability.The fourth chapter is mainly through the study on PGCE mode of operation process in the previous chapter,summed up the PGCE model of University of London Institute of education,the color,and a detailed analysis of its causes and advantages.The fifth chapter objectively and dialectically discusses the operation effect of University of London PGCE mode.Mainly from the effectiveness of the results as well as the existence of the drawbacks of the two dimensions of the demonstration.The last chapter intention on the basis of above mentioned,the comparison of the present situation of teacher education development at present in China,the reasonable reference to University of London PGCE pre service teacher training model according to local conditions,in order to provide appropriate feasibility suggestions for our days after the preservice teacher training mode reform.
