The prosperity of a country depends on education and the success of education on teachers. The elementary education is the base of national education and primary school teachers are the basic guarantee of the education in primary schools. Cultivating piles of primary school teachers with high standard is always the goal of educational reform in many countries. The normal education of UK has gained lots of experience through long-term development. The primary PGCE course has been welcomed by the education of primary school teachers since the development of 80s and is becoming the main course style of primary school teachers training in UK.
