Pre-service teacher education is an important part of cultivating new teachers,and it is also an important guarantee for improving the quality of basic education.It not only determines the quality of teacher training,but also determines the quality of education development.Teacher education in the UK has developed earlier,and the quality of teacher training is ahead of the world.In addition to the system-standardized teacher education system and strict teacher qualification standards at the national level,there are also high-level pre-service teacher training models that keep pace with the time.In particular,the pre-service teacher training model of the University of Cambridge's current mainstream graduate certificate(PGCE)has become a model for teacher education and training in the UK.The College of Education of the University of Cambridge began offering PGCE pre-service teacher education in 1969 to train primary and secondary school teachers in front-line teaching.This study consists of three parts,including an introduction,a text,and a conclusion.The body part includes five chapters.The first chapter is the background analysis.Based on the four dimensions of social change,self-innovation,policy guidance and historical accumulation,the author discusses the background of the PGCE training mode of Cambridge University.The second chapter is the theoretical interpretation.From the perspective of academics,it analyzes the value orientation and theoretical basis of the PGCE training mode of the College of Education of Cambridge University.The third chapter is the analysis of facts,from the macro level to the specific practice activities of the PGCE training model of the Cambridge University School of Education.Combined with the PGCE operation process of the Cambridge University School of Education,we focus on three key components of the training model: training objectives,training process and training evaluation.The fourth chapter is the characteristic analysis.Based on the analysis of the specific operation process of the PGCE training mode based on the third chapter,the characteristics of the PGCE training mode of the Cambridge University of Education are summarized: the training objectives of knowledge,practice and research are optimized to optimize students' comprehensive literacy.Multi-integrated curriculum setting to build a flexible curriculum system;the teaching method of participating in the experience enhances students' practical reflection;the internal and external evaluation system ensures the quality of training.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the enlightenment and reference of the PGCE training mode of the College of Education of Cambridge University to the pre-service teacher training of the master's level in China.
