In the 1970 s,Australia had already started the state-level teacher education professional accreditation,the development of the most complete is Queensland and Victoria.Later in the 21 st century,Australia began to explore the national teacher education professional accreditation,in 2010 set up the Australia Institute of Teaching and SchoolLeadership,(AITSL),responsible for the work of National teacher education professional accreditation.In the promotion of the institution,accreditation standards according to the times and research constantly updated and attention to performance;the main body of accreditation is main to protect the professional and authority,at the same time,taking into account the needs of other stakeholders;accreditation procedures is efficient and impartial.It can be seen that the Australian teacher education professional accreditation has become the world more advanced country in this aspect.In China,Jiangsu Province has implemented a teacher education professional accreditation,but there are still many problems,so it can not be implemented in the all country.Therefore,we need to learn the experience of Australian teacher education professional accreditation,It can give us some advice.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the reason of the topic selection,the related research at home and abroad,the definition of relevant concepts,the research significance,the research method and the research goal.The second part mainly introduces the background of the implementation of teacher accreditation in Australia.Mainly including the need to achieve educational goals;the requirement of teachers' education status;the real needs of teachers to cross regional mobility and the impact of international success stories.The third part mainly discusses the overall requirements of the Australian teacher education accreditation.Mainly including the purpose,value and principles.The fourth part mainly discusses the standard of Australian teacher education accreditation.Mainly including the 2011 and 2015 Australian teacher education accreditation standards,analysis of the features of Australian teacher education accreditation standards.The fifth part mainly discusses the methods of accreditation of teacher educationin Australia,including the main body of accreditation and accreditation procedures.The sixth part summarizes the effectiveness and problems of Australian teacher education professional accreditation practice.Practical results include the relations of national accreditation and state-level accreditation,teachers cross-regional mobility.The existing problems mainly refer to the two aspects of the accreditation standard and the evidence-based performance evaluation.The seventh part is based on the experience of Australian teacher education professional accreditation,combined with China's reality,put forward some advice.
