In recent years, people have a new understanding to the teachers’development and claims, especially teachers’ independent development and promote the problem has become the current reform of education research and practice at home and abroad pay close attention to the hot issues. The study of teachers’independent development, on the one hand can help from the internal mechanism and promote the development of teachers to form independent consciousness and ability,creating a number of highly qualified teachers; On the other hand can also help to explore the mechanism of external influence teachers’ independent development,provide scientific and rational theoretical basis and implementation Suggestions.At present, a lot of studies on teacher development in the aspects to teachers’professional growth, few in preschool teachers’ independent development system research. Starting point of this study is from the teachers’ independent development theory and practical research value, extract the original has summed up the theory achievement, on this basis, the value of the preschool teachers as object of study groups for further inquiry.Study roughly divided into four parts, using the theoretical analysis of research and teaching practice, the combination of sampling survey and random interview method, through the investigation and interviews, to understand the current X city group of preschool teachers’ self-development consciousness and capacity of the status quo, and through comparing, and primary school teachers come to the conclusion. Results showed that the preschool teachers in the process of independent development, independent consciousness, independent ability, practical wisdom, self-efficacy and reflection mechanism has played a very important role. Second, the social environment, education policy makers, education administrators and education teachers title evaluation system and a series of external factors have important effects on preschool teachers’ independent development are. At the end of the paper by analyzing all kinds of factors affecting the development of preschool teachers, on how to formulate a concept of preschool teachers’ independent development, discusses the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of preschool teachers.
