| The development of teachers is related to the development of education.As early as the 20 th century,the State Council issued opinions on the development of preschool education teachers,and proposed to build a team of teachers with excellent business and reasonable structure.It is a new requirement for the development of preschool teachers and a grasp of the development of early childhood education.From the current situation of teachers’ professional discovery,teachers are a passive developer.As adults,learners can stimulate their intrinsic motivation to better promote the generation of learners’ deep learning motivation.Therefore,the good development of teachers’ specialty should not only rely on laws,authority and heteronomy,but should respect the autonomy,consciousness and self-discipline of teachers’ professional development,and emphasize the development motive force within teachers.In the learning community of famous teacher studio,it provides a variety of situations for teachers,which can not only stimulate teachers’ intrinsic motivation but also create a good environment,which provides a dual guarantee for promoting the professional development of preschool teachers.This paper selects the teacher training organization of the first batch of M preschool teachers’ studio in D city,hoping to understand the state and characteristics of teachers’ independent development driven by the learning community and explore the suggestions to promote the independent development of teachers’ specialty from the interaction between organizational environment and teachers’ subjective development.The work of this paper begins with combing the literature.After querying the teacher’s professional development,the teacher’s independent professional development and the famous teacher’s studio,it fully grasps the teacher’s professional development theory,and divides the dimension of the independent professional development,including the consciousness,planning,action,evaluation and reflection of the teacher’s independent professional development.Secondly,through interviews with member teachers and moderators,qualitative data analysis software is used nvivo11 analyze the data collection to understand the influence on professional development and the state characteristics of teachers.Its main performance is the professional development and the development of teachers’ basic ability under the perspective of teachers.It also shows the willingness of individual development to be coordinated with the studio’s common vision,forming a diversified development plan under the guidance of famous teachers;the development content based on the knowledge sharing model,which promotes the radiation of preschool education in the area and surrounding urban and rural areas Career development.On the basis of summing up the previous analysis,it is concluded that the influencing factors for the independent professional development of preschool teachers are: the establishment of studio provides opportunities for teachers’ independent professional development;forms a common vision;forms a cooperative and interactive learning form;And carried out solid research activities and so on.Finally,from the perspective of adult learning,management and learning community,this paper puts forward some relevant educational suggestions to promote the independent professional development of preschool teachers: to establish a pluralistic cooperative community of teachers to meet the professional development of preschool teachers;to organize and manage scientific structures to give teachers more opportunities to participate in decision-making on their own professional development;to set up a common vision to stimulate teachers’ willingness to develop;to use network knowledge sharing to promote teachers’ deep learning;to explore the initiative of long-term motivation to stimulate development in learning. |
