Under the background of high-quality development,China’s economy has changed from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high-quality development.The high-quality development of education should also keep up with the pace of economic development.Preschool education,as the initial stage of education,should also adhere to the belief of highquality development.In the field of preschool education,the high-quality development of preschool education is pointed out in documents such as Education Modernization 2035 and Kindergarten Care Education quality Evaluation Guide(hereinafter referred to as "Evaluation Guide").The quality of kindergarten teachers has a direct impact on the development quality of preschool education.Reasonable autonomous learning by kindergarten teachers can not only help kindergarten teachers develop efficiently,but also meet the actual development needs of diversified self-orientation of kindergarten teachers,which is an effective way to improve the high-quality development of kindergarten teachers.Therefore,this study studies the autonomous learning of kindergarten teachers based on the policy documents related to the high-quality development of preschool education.This study adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to investigate 288 in-service kindergarten teachers in X city of S province with the questionnaire "investigation on the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ autonomous learning".To understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ autonomous learning in this city and the differences of teachers’ autonomous learning under different variables.And 12 kindergarten teachers who participated in the survey were randomly selected as the subjects of the interview.Interview,take the "Evaluation Guide" and other documents as the guidance,further dig.Dig kindergarten teachers’ autonomous learning existing problems and causes,and then put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of kindergarten autonomous learning.The results show that the autonomous learning level of kindergarten teachers in X city is above average,in which the score of learning motivation is the highest,followed by selfregulation,and finally learning strategies.Through the difference test,it is found that gender has no significant effect on kindergarten teachers’ autonomous learning,while teaching age,professional background,educational background,mode of employment and the nature of kindergarten teachers have a significant impact on kindergarten teachers.The specific embodiment is as follows:(1)the autonomous learning level of 17-25-year-old teachers is the highest,followed by 1-3-year teachers,and finally 4-6-year teachers.(2)the autonomous learning level of teachers who have received systematic preschool education is higher than that of teachers who have not accepted it.(3)the higher the teacher’s educational background,the higher the level of autonomous learning.(4)the autonomous learning level of enrolled teachers is higher than that of non-employed teachers.(5)the autonomous learning level of public kindergarten teachers is higher than that of private kindergarten teachers and inclusive kindergarten teachers at the same time,and there is no significant difference between private kindergarten teachers and inclusive kindergarten teachers.In addition,in the part of discussion and analysis,combined with the interview data,it is found that the autonomous learning level of kindergarten teachers in X city is above average,kindergarten teachers have the phenomenon of polarization of learning motivation,and their ability to use learning strategies needs to be improved.lack of critical thinking and ability,it is difficult for teachers to coordinate time and energy.Finally,combined with the research results,from the three dimensions of teachers themselves,kindergartens and society,based on the "Evaluation Guide" and other policy documents,analyze the causes of the above problems and put forward suggestions.
