Starting from 1980 s,the standards-based curriculum reform movement has swept the globe in a short time and now become a common trend among international education reform,such as Canada,New Zealand,Hong Kong and other countries and regions have launched a standards-based curriculum reform Successively,academic achievement evaluation and evaluation criteria of the study has becoming a hot topic,with the countries and regions to improve the quality of education requirements.In 2014,China’s Taiwan region officially launched the "Twelve-year National Basic Education Implementation Plan",in which the reform of the school system has promoted greatly changes of educational evaluation in Taiwan.The reform of the admission system has led to the fact that most of the secondary school students in Taiwan enter a higher school without sitting for the entrance examinations,so there is no pressure,how to evaluate their academic achievements has become an important subject that solved urgently.Therefore,they put forward the concept of evaluation equivalent to the international standards,establish a "standard-based evaluation" of the basic concept,which we refer to the "standards-based evaluation",aimed at improving the quality of teaching,the core is the development and implementation of various subjects " national Primary and secondary school students academic achievement evaluation criteria ".In the context of globalization,we should learn advanced experience from developed countries,but also attach importance to the region’s first experience.The "national primary and secondary school students academic achievement evaluation standards" of Taiwan,establish a unified evaluation criteria for the whole region,aimed at improving the quality of education,protect students’ academic level,with the "twelve years of national basic education implementation plan" implementation.On the basis of analyzing and interpreting the evaluation criteria of Taiwan,this thesis focuses on the implementation of evaluation standards in classroom teaching,analyzes and puts forward some thoughts on it,so as to provide reference for the development and implementation academic achievement evaluation standards of mainland China.
