On The Party Spirit Education Of Chinese College Student Party Members

Party spirit is the inherent nature of a political party,and it is the highest and most concentrated embodiment of class character.The core of the Communist Party of China is to serve the people heart and soul.College student party members are a special group of party members.They are the most dynamic and creative reserve for the most qualified workers and the most reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a long time in the future.College student party members undertake to greet the challenge of the new technological revolution and deal with the international political and economic environment of complexity and change,shoulder the important mission of carrying forward,developing and promoting socialism with Chinese characteristics,realizing the two centennial goals and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Their party spirit cultivation is related to the success or failure of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the stability of the Communist Party of China.In order to further explore and strengthen the party spirit education of college student party members and cultivate outstanding Communist Party members with firm communist belief and common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this research takes Yan'an University as an example to thoroughly explore the present situation of the party spirit cultivation of college student party members and party spirit education in colleges and universities and put forward new contents and methods of enhancing party spirit education by affirming the achievements,finding out the shortcomings and analyzing the reasons under the new situation.This research starts from the questionnaire survey,interviews with party workers and access to the business files of grass-roots party organizations,takes Marxism on the issue of party spirit theory as a guide and learns from the successful practice of party spirit education and the research results of workersin colleges and universities,as to achieve the role of demonstration and reference.Proletarian revolutionist and the leaders of the party all attach great importance to the cultivation of party spirit.Mao Zedong,Zhou Enlai,Liu Shaoqi,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping have discussed the cultivation of party spirit of party members in different period,which provides the theoretical basis of strengthening party spirit education of college students in the new period.The party and theoretical workers of many universities in China have also discussed the party spirit cultivation and the party spirit education from different angles,but it has not formed a systematic and comprehensive model.Through the investigation and interviews,we can find that the general situation of party spirit cultivation is relatively good.Most of college student party members have lofty communist ideal,high moral pursuit,confidence in Chinese socialism and strong sense of mission for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.They are creative and aggressive,playing a vanguard role in the majority of students.At the same time,we should get well known that due to the influence of the complicated and changeable international and domestic situation and the impact of multiple values,there are also some problems such as the lack of awareness of the party spirit cultivation and the weakening of the ideal and belief in some college students.Party organizations in colleges and universities pay attention to party spirit education of college student party members,though the effect of education and guidance is relatively good,there are some problems such as single content,improper methods and lack of evaluation mechanism.At present,the party organizations in colleges and universities should strengthen the party spirit education of colledge student party members from the aspects of enhancing the self-construction of our Party,enriching education content,changing working methods and giving full play to role of society and family.This is also the innovation and significance of the research.
