| The difficulties and barriers of college students ‘employment have been discussed by the public for many years.One issue which is related to the problem is the college students' employment orientation.This study chooses the college students' employment orientation as the research field.Based on the literature reviews before 2000 and research data in recent years.We explore the evolution history of college students' employment orientation during this decade.This study is divided into the following five parts.Part I: Introduction.This chapter introduces the research background,literature reviews and definition of the core concepts.Part ?,based on the research of Marxism on the value,and combining it with the research results of Chinese scholars in the field of value philosophy,we have developed the research framework of this research.Part ?,relied on the research framework,after the in-depth analysis of the selected literature,we inform that college students ‘employment orientation have experienced three stages since the late 1970 s.Namely,at the beginning of employment reform,first employment consideration of college student is vague.In the second stage,facing the dilemma of unemployment,students have multiple value orientation in the job market.Owing to the cooperation of different social actors,students acquire a approximately rational employment orientation at the latest stage.Obviously,students may have different employment orientation in each stage.Part ?,this part emphasizes the four potential influence factors including economic system,social transition,higher education reform capitals of family,that may have effect on students ‘employment orientation.Part V,based on the above research results,this paper attempts to put forward the possible guiding strategies for improving college students' employment orientation.We offer some approaches that relate to the national level,the university level and the student level,the media level,. |
