Independent college is a product of the rapid development of higher education background,according to statistics,by 2008,the independent college a total of more than 300,and the number of students reached 165 million,undergraduate education accounted for the proportion of the national undergraduate has reached more than30%,the independent college has become higher education important constituent.Compared with the general undergraduate colleges and universities,independent colleges in enrollment,school mode and so on are different,so much social concern.It is very important to improve the level of running a school,the quality of personnel training and the social stability.Contrast and the orientation of independent college students employment survey study was carried out in this paper to economic and Technical College of Anhui Agricultural University students employment situation as an example and reference of Anhui Agricultural University graduates employment data.The comparison of the parameters including the graduates of professional and sub gender employment status,graduate entrance examination and the status of independent entrepreneurship,employment success stories of graduates,graduates employment flows,etc..The author issued in the form of a questionnaire survey was conducted in Anhui Agricultural University Institute of economics and technology 500 college students and graduates,understand their level of understanding of the employment situation and on their location and employment goals and with the investigation results analysis of independent college students employment orientation of the actual situation and problems.And from the school,the market and the students themselves from a full range of perspective,the government,the community and the independent colleges and universities graduates themselves to put forward the relevant countermeasures.The first part introduced background,describes the research on the employment problem of college students plays an important role in the development of independent college,and further expounds the research status at home and abroad,and different theoretical perspectives.Finally,some innovations of this paper are explained.In the second part is overview of independent college students' employment situation,mainly introduces the Independent College of the definition,nature and basic characteristics,and expounds the characteristics of employment values of college students the meaning and the independent college students' employmentvalues.The third part of the paper mainly takes the College of economics and technology of Anhui Agriculture University as an example,makes a comprehensive analysis of the specific situation of the graduates' employment and compares them with the data of Anhui Agriculture University.By comparison,we found two schools in addition to entrance gap larger than(enrolment rate is also included in the employment rate),in direct employment of the data such as the flow of graduates and income gap a little.The fourth part of the article through the analysis of the questionnaire data,combined with the employment of the basic situation,to find out the independent college students employment orientation of the specific problems and analysis of the reasons for their.The fifth part mainly introduced for existing problems,should use the people-oriented,theory and practice and the combination of ideological education and employment guidance principle to guide students' employment value view and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
