Teaching,studying and assessment are the three parts of a process.Assessment is a link of teaching and studying.Formative assessment also called Learning-oriented Assessment.It is an action or process of teachers students and their partners collecting explanation and the process of students learning situation.Compounding to the summative assessment formative assessment can give more directly feedback and promote teaching.Properly use formative assessment can promote the teaching in math.Formative assessment research including comment content comment method and implementation effect so on.In charge of the formative assessment in math class implementation condition the problem during implementation and solutions,can make great sense to the teaching of math.Among the reform of the education assessment becomes an important element of promote the reform of education.This research takes 350 students and 15 teachers from the YanTai Seventh Middle School and the YanTai Thirteenth Middle Schools as research object.According to domestic and overseas class formative assessment related documents make questionnaire of formative assessment,draw the interview outline and according to Prof.Cao Yiming's math class assessment observation chart to make the class observation chart.Among the questionnaire of students,we take the implementation of teacher's formative assessment comment effect comment function as a point of observation point the related data of teachers implement of formative assessment.Referring to McMillan formative assessment level chart(low mid and high formative assessment level)and Grooks formative assessment validity factor chart,we analyses the data of teachers implantation of formative assessment and finally get the result of the condition of implementation of formative assessment in class.In the study we find that the inquired teacher's formative assessment the adjustment of teaching,feedback and assessment time belongs to high level.The the teacher-student interaction student and students' self evaluation belongs to middle level.Motivation and participants belongs to low level.Teachers did a good work while implementing formative assessment in those aspects including motivation and trust in emotional factors,knowledge and study task in mission factors,companions to participate,adjustment and in time feedback.They did a bad work in those aspect including the definite purpose selective in structural factor,the feedback and self assessment in process factor.This research gives the advice to teachers as below: follow the correct concept of formative assessment,use the formative assessment teaching strategy,give feedback in various ways and assess the diversity of subjects.
