Under the background of Knowledge innovation and the new curriculum reform,decision about deepening education reform and promoting quality education comprehensively has required the shift about teachers' role from the“experienced”to the “researcher” clearly.Educational research is the first driving force to explore the laws of education,promote the development of education and improve the quality of teaching.For teachers,it can make them constantly reflect on teaching practice,actively explore,promote the active development,improve the professional level.At the same time,teachers' participation in educational scientific research is an effective way to carry out the spirit of the basic education reform,improve the teaching quality and realize the classroom efficiency.From the psychological point of view,consciousness is a function of the human brain,is a manifestation of the high development of the advanced nervous system,is the psychological reflection of the real life.The consciousness of scientific research education,is the educational activities of the conscious pursuit and exploration,is the conscious behavior with the guidance of educational activities in the field of Education Science,is to engage in educational activities a clear and complete understanding,in which the behavior subject initiative to adapt to the educational environment,also showed a positive effect on behavior the environment and transformation.The consciousness of education and scientific research is a kind of psychological quality of teachers.It is the comprehensive embodiment of teachers' professional ideal,professional ethics,knowledge quality and ability personality.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.Mainly includes the question proposed,the research significance,the domestic and foreign literature review,research methods and overview of elementary school teachers' scientific research consciousness,etc.The second part is the theoretical basis of: Lifelong education theory,the elementary school teachers' professional development theory and international training teacher six model theory.The third part is the investigation and analysis of Z primary school teachers' scientific research consciousness.Mainly includes questionnaire design and Z primary school teacher's basic situation,the basic situation of scientific research and scientific research consciousness.The fourth part is the Z primary school teachers' scientific research consciousness of the analysis of the causes of problems.The fifth part is the suggestion and strategy to improve primary school teachers' scientific research consciousness.Mainly for schools and teachers both sides put forward feasible Suggestions and strategies.This paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire and interview,the primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang city from the goal of teachers' scientific research consciousness,problem consciousness,cooperation consciousness,to carry out the survey and reflection,interviews of individual teachers and school leaders.This paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of the scientific research consciousness of the primary school teachers,and probes into the Countermeasures for improving the scientific research consciousness of primary school teachers.
