The development of education is directly related to the prosperity of the country,the prosperity of the economy and the happiness of the people.Many educationists have found that in order to promote the smooth realization of socialization of children we should make the lifelong learning as a starting point as well as on the basis of learning society and base on the integration of school,parent and children.In order to receive a multiplier effect,family education should be combined with school education and play their own expertise as well as form them together complementarily.Through the analysis of previous home-school research we can be found that most of the schools have taken the initiative to explore suitable method for their own school,a variety of home-school cooperation model came into being.These methods have achieved considerable results.The new concept: Parent-Teacher Association from S primary school in Shijiazhuang,Hebei province is very good at providing parents and teachers an effective platform.So,what about the situation of the Parent-Teacher Association? What are the characteristics? Who is the main participant in the event? What are the difficulties in implementing the event? On the basis of examining the current situation,the article use methods of questionnaires,interviews and other research investigating and interviewing S primary school's teachers,parents and students to get comprehensive and systematic grasp and understanding of the Parent-Teacher Association.This article indicates that the Parent-Teacher association has achieved significant results and affected students,parents and teachers as well as some problems such as:some parents have lack understanding of this association,activities are difficult to implement,the frequency of activities is uneven,no uniform specification for the event,parents' duties are blurred and so on.This paper is going to investigate and sort out the problems and analysis them.This paper concludes some specific recommendations try to improve a series of problems which schools and parents have for the actual operation such as: strengthenthe evaluation of incentives,strengthen the relevant system construction.So that the Parent-Teacher Association can play a better role in educating people.
