Multidimensional item response theory describes the participants in the test project or task is complete with the relationships between the latent trait,and can be implemented at the same time as the subjects ability of multiple dimension values,to become one of the major new progress in the development of modern test theory.In order to further verify the multidimensional item response theory effective application in the actual test,this paper will take the students' mathematics literacy as the research content,using multidimensional item response theory for data analysis,fully tap test information,to realize the cognitive diagnosis function of the test.Core literacy is a hot word in the field of education.Recently mathematical literacy has become the direction of new curriculum for reforming and deepening,but also defines that key competencies and essential character is the root to build lifelong learning and comprehensively sustainable development.On September 13 of2016,the overall framework of "the core literacy of Chinese students development" was officially released,which caused great repercussions in education sector.At present,the research on mathematic literacy at home and abroad mainly focuses on four aspects: the definition for connotation of mathematical literacy and constituent elements;the measurement and evaluation of mathematical literacy;the status quo and influencing factors of mathematical literacy;and the formation and cultivation of mathematical literacy.Based on some issues that mathematical literacy lacks specialized research tools,the theory and methods of data analysis are worthy to be improved and the research of relationship between the elements of mathematical literacy are lacking in China.This paper based on the multidimensional item response theory throughout the study,First of all,taken into full account the multidimensional nature of theelementary school mathematics features,constructing the three dimensions of mathematical literacy's measurement framework : knowledge,ability and emotion,and combined with the item selection criteria and test quality analysis standard of classical measurement theory and multidimensional item response theory to improve the self-made test,and form the sixth grade maths test tools finally;Then with an eye of the classical measurement theory,exploratory and confirmatory multidimensional item response theory,by using the self-made flex Mirt and Conquest program to verify the effectiveness of the item dimension structure and the reliability and validity of tools from different angles;After that,the community and individual diagnosis?differences in different groups analyses of the mathematical literacy level of 927 pupils is analyzed in the view of MIRT;Finally,based on the structure of multidimensional data,the relationship between the internal components of mathematical literacy is explored simply.
