| The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between preschool teachers' life ambition, time management and vitality.First,this research mainly uses the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method.The main purpose of this study is to use "life ambition index scale", "time management behavior scale" and "subjective activity scale" as a tool to investigate the preschool teachers.Secondly, 400 teachers of public welfare kindergartens in Wenjiang District of Chengdu were selected as subjects, and they were investigated by questionnaires.In this study,374 valid questionnaires were collected,and using SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis.the results obtained are as follows:1 The kindergarten teachers have a higher level of human ambition, and the inner ambition index is significantly higher than the external aspiration index.2 There is a significant positive correlation between life ambition, time management and vitality of the three.The concept of time management is generally higher, and in the set goals and priorities have better planning; kindergarten teachers in teaching to experience a higher level of vitality.2 There were significant positive correlations between life aspirations,time management and vitality.3 The inner ambition has a positive effect on the vitality.The level of inner ambition to enhance the corresponding level of vitality.4 Time management plays a regulatory role in external ambitions and vitality. That time management behavior can change the level of external ambitions to have an impact on vitality.According to the research conclusions, the following suggestions are made on how to improve the level of life, the level of management and the level of vitality of preschool teachers:1 In order to meet the basic needs of preschool teachers on the premise of the economy, to guide their pursuit of inner aspirations.2 It can help preschool teachers improve their time management skills. |
