With the improvement of the informationization level of education.the basic school.the informationization and learning activities will be supported gradually.In 2002.ChengDu Oriental scent company cooperate with No.7 middle school in ChengDu.set up in ChengDu in SiChuan province in the east smell of road lighting.and at the request of provincial party committee.provincial ethnic affairs assume "action plan" education development in national regions of SiChuan province ten years distance education project engineering tasks.In May 2013.the municipal bureau of education issued a document to speed up the construction of the two.three rural schools and the weak schools.Currently.there are 42 SiChuan ethnic areas.37 cities in ChengDu and 79 in other cities in SiChuan.In recent years.ChengDu has made full use of the excellent classroom resources of famous universities to promote the convergence of the circle.the weak schools and the radiation ethnic areas.and to achieve positive results and progress.Information technology provides an important method and path for expanding the quality resources and promoting the basic education balanced development.Establish the remote broadcast teaching significance is to provide students with the high quality resources of the opportunity to learn.to improve teachers' education teaching ability and school development provides a good platform.How effective is it.How do you get the most out of it.Thinking about these issues will benefit the effective development of remote live broadcasting.In this paper.the objective of the remote live broadcasting teaching is combined with the view of classroom teaching evaluation.and the results of the analysis of the analysis of classroom teaching effectiveness are set up.The remote live broadcast teaching is the main objective of the resource transfer.which combines the effect of traditional classroom on resource application and the evaluation of the resource application.The analysis object determines the impact of the development of teachers.students and schools.In this paper.we will use the method of interviews.classroom observation and questionnaire survey to establish the evaluation index system by the Delphi method.and use qualitative and quantitative analysis.One school per district.In order to make objective and reasonable analysis and evaluation of the teaching effect of remote live broadcasting.Provide guidance and advice for further improvement and improvement.It has some guiding significance for the development of the basic education equilibrium in SiChuan province.and provides the basis for the policy-making of the government education department.
