The rapid development of the information age has changed human life.The convenience brought by information technology permeates all aspects of our life,and education is no exception.With the deepening of live distance teaching,it has been popularized and implemented in all parts of the country,and scholars are paying more and more attention to this teaching mode.After the promotion of distance live teaching,it has made certain contributions to the realization of educational balance and has been welcomed by teachers and students in remote schools.While bringing great benefits,the disadvantages of distance live teaching mode are becoming increasingly obvious.How can we maximize the benefits of live teaching? How should remote teachers make better use of live teaching? What kind of teaching ability should remote teachers have under live broadcast teaching? All these problems deserve our deep consideration.As the main force of classroom teaching,the quality of teachers determines the quality of teaching to some extent.Due to the distance of distance teaching,front-end teachers are facing a huge number of students and cannot take care of every student.In this case,far-end teachers are particularly important.The professional level of far-end teachers affects the use of live classes.The structure of remote teachers' teaching ability has changed under the live telecast classroom.Remote teachers need not only the general teaching ability as teachers,but also the special teaching ability required under the live telecast classroom environment.In order to solve this problem,this study starts with the remote teachers' teaching ability under the live class,and integrates into the live class of Z Middle School in Chongqing for one and a half months.Through observing the situation of Z Middle School teachers using the live class,interviews the remote teachers and remote students of Z Middle School,and combining the interview results and the observation results of the in-depth live class,it focuses on analyzing the teaching ability of the remote teachers when using the live class.Through literature analysis and investigation of the current situation,this paper analyzes the teachers' teaching ability in the environment of live telecast class,and tries to refine the framework of teachers' teaching ability in live telecast class.Based on this framework,it puts forward strategies to improve teachers' teaching ability in live telecast class,so as to promote the improvement of remoteteachers' teaching ability.This study is divided into five parts: The first part mainly elaborates the concepts related to distance live teaching and teachers' teaching ability,and puts forward the theoretical basis needed by this study and the enlightenment it brings.In the second part,the author constructs the framework of remote teachers' teaching ability,including general teaching ability and special teaching ability,based on the analysis of literature and the characteristics of remote live teaching.In the second part,the author made a research design to investigate teachers' use of live telecast classes.This paper introduces the research objects of this study and interprets the research samples.At the same time,it introduces the research methods used in this research,namely interview and classroom observation,sorts out the research process of this research and designs the research ideas.On the basis of the research and design in the second part,the third part investigates the current situation of Z middle school teachers' use of live classroom.Firstly,the characteristics of Z middle school are analyzed.Secondly,the application of Z middle school teachers to live classroom and the current situation of Z middle school teachers' use of live classroom teaching ability are analyzed.The fourth part refines teachers' ability to use live telecast classes according to literature research and data investigated,and constructs a framework of teachers' teaching ability to use live telecast classes.According to this framework,the fifth part puts forward teachers' strategy of using live telecast classroom.
