Analysis On The Characteristics Of Inter-Provincial Population Flow Of Jilin Province

Population flow is a way to realize the effective allocation of labor resources,the phenomenon of population mobility in our country is very common.With the development the society and the economy,there are some new features of population movement: the scale of movement is expanding,the growth rate is fast,the distribution of weight transfered and so on,which not only has brought challenges to the management and service of population.,but also has affected the development of society,economy,culture,life and other aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics of population mobility,and to fully grasp the characteristics of population mobility,which can provide decision-making basis for the management and service work of population flow,based on this,it not only helps to guide and effectively distribute the population flow,But also contribute to the harmonious and stable development of society.At present,the research on the flow of population is no longer limited to the discussion of the present situation on the surface,but also pay more attention to the characteristics of population movement and the existing problems by digging deeplevel population flow phenomenon.In the current research on the characteristics of population mobility,however,there are many studies on the aspects of population origin and whereabouts,causes of movement,demographic characteristics and so on,but the studies of many aspects are still few.Based on this,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the characteristics of population flow from three aspects: source and destination,movement reason and demographic characteristics.Through the analysis,it not only mastered the basic situation of population soures and destinations,the causes of flow,demographic characteristics,but also clarified the causes of flow in each provinces,and the demographic characteristics of each causes of the flow.First of all,to analyze the source and destination of the population movement.one is analyzing the related relationship between the flow direction and the province,to grasp the basic situation of the source and destination of the population;On this basis,adding the flow time to analyze the changes of population movements over time,in order to grasp the trend of the source and destination of the population.Through the analysis,it is found that there is a difference between the source and the destination of the population flow,and the number of the floating population in the provinces which is the main source or destination increases year by year.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of population flow.On the one hand,analyzing the relationship between the flow direction and the province to clarify the main reasons of the population's inflow and outflow and grasp the basic situation of the causes of population movement.On the second hand,adding the flow time to analyze the changes of the causes of population movements over time,in order to grasp the trend of the causes of the population.On the third hand,analyzing the provincial characteristics of the causes of population movement,and clarifiing whether there are differences in the causes of population flow in each province.Through the analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the population inflow is study,business and family,the population outflow is mainly due to the fact of business,family,demolition mowing and registered residence,the number of the population increase if its flow reason belongs to the main reasons of inflow and outflow,while there are differences between the provinces in the reasons for the flow.Finally,it analyzes the characteristics of the floating population of the education level,the relationship with the head of household,the sex,the nature of the account and the age.On the one hand,grasping the overall characteristics,on the other hand,Clearing the characteristics of the floating population in each flowing reason and the differences between the reasons by analyzing the characteristics of the population by divide the population by the flowing reasons.Through the analysis,it is found that not only the characteristics of the inflow and outflow of the population are different,but also the demographic characteristics between the flow reasons are not the same.Such as,the education level of population whose flowing reason is study is above college specialist,significantly higher than population with other migrant causes;there are most male and head of the household in the population which migrant causes is business;there are more famle in the population which migrant cause is of family and marriage;there are most elder in the population which migrant cause is relatives and friends.
