Observation as an important professional skills of preschool teachers,it can help the teachers to judge interpretation,children's activities and behavior,and on this basis to guide the teachers teach students according to their aptitude.However,the basic elements and professional requirements of preschool teachers are not clear in kindergarten's actual education and teaching activities,resulting low professional observation of kindergarten teachers.The author found that as an important part of new teachers of kindergarten,there are many problems in the observation of children's practice.first,a multi focus attention teaching than children's development in observation purpose;second,pay more attention to "bipolar children" than middle children" in observation object;third,from the observation content,life behavior observation more than game and learning behavior observation;fourth,from the observation method,pay more attention to the scattered people than systematic tracking observation from the observation method;fifth,pay more attention to children's comments than he development of learning evaluation less.Therefore,it is very important for kindergarten teachers to observe their professional abilities.The research adopts qualitative method,a new teacher in Chengdu District of Wenjiang City,a public kindergarten selection case study,using the observation method,interview method and text analysis method,after nearly a year of study,draws the following conclusion:First,new teachers observe children formation of strategy experienced three stages:one is the early entry(about 1 months)without observing strategy stage;two is the entry stage(about 2-6 months)to observe strategy stage;three is the entry period(about 6months)will be used to observe the strategy stage.Second,the main factors affecting the observation of new children's strategies including:(1)pre service education: one is the observation theory courses;two is to observe the practice curriculum development.(2)in-service education: one is the new teachers: one is to observe knowledge,observation skills;two is the kindergarten:kindergarten observation emphasizing observation of new teachers,kindergarten teachers on the new training.Third,Education suggestion including:first,the new teacher's pre service education which set up observation theory course,train observation consciousness,carry out observation practice course,accumulate observation skill.Second,pay attention to the new teacher's own education which strengthen the study,solves the perplexity;dares to practice,the academic society reconsidering.Third,kindergarten in-service education which pay attention to observation,create an atmosphere of observation;experts lead to enhance the ability to observe;thematic studies to promote the implementation of observation.
