Scholars have realized that teachers professional development is in the center of all education reform strategies along with the reform of elementary education. Sustainable and high quality development of teacher’s professional is necessary if we want the reform finally implemented. Under the background of basic education reform, the implementation of overview directions of preschool education(tye out) in2001pushes our kindergarten education reform to a new stage. Preschool teachers’ professional development is regarded as one of the important strategies of deepening the reform of preschool education. Teachers’ behavior is the outside performance of teachers’ professional development level, so studies of teachers’ behavior is the important content of teachers development. At the same time, teachers’ behavior is a key element to directly affect the quality of kindergarten education.Reform of preschool education at present pays more attention to children s’ own experiences, the development on original levels and the differences between each child. So, observation and understanding of young children is the premise and key for teachers to give individualized education. Hazy understanding and low ability about observation of children lead to poor professional quality of preschool teachers. Improving teachers observation behaviors of children is a reality problem and new challenges we faced now.The reacher studies the basic situation of teachers observation behaviors in preschool, using methods of observation、interview and objects collection. The study analysis the characteristics and related factors of teachers observation behaviors through explaining descriptions of the content、motivation and performance of teachers observation behaviors, and puts forward advices on this basis. This article consists of the following six parts:The first part discusses the research’s background, problem and significance.The second section concludes the previous reacher on this issue.The third section describes the research process. At each step, there are some problems need to attention.Part four showing the basic situation about time, motivation and performance of teachers observation behaviors.In the fifth part, the researcher analysis the main characteristics and summaries the influencing factors of teachers observation behaviors.The last part is mainly involved reflections and suggestions about this study.
