In order to understand the current situation of the observation and record of the teachers'regional activities in the model kindergarten,the researchers have carried out a case study on the model kindergarten.Taking a garden as the research object,starting with the text of teachers'regional activity observation record,and combining qualitative research with quantitative research,the paper adopts methods such as literature methods,interview methods,text quantization coding analysis,text qualitative analysis and so on.According to the two core dimensions of text content and structural form,the paper analyzes the observation records of teachers' regional activities.The study finds that the garden forms a standardized management mechanism of observation records of regional activities.The management of the garden attaches great importance to the cultivation of teachers'observation ability,and plays an exemplary role,and the first-line teachers also pay great attention to the behavior of children in the region,and actively try to use the way of observation records to promote their observation and analyze of children's behaviors.However,there are still some problems in teachers' observation records.It includes:from the perspective of text format,teachers pay less attention to the process of children's behaviors than to the reflection of the record.From the point of view of the observation site,the ability of the teachers to observe the outdoor activities in general is insifficient.In addition,the analysis of the influence of academic and professional titles show that although teachers with high professional titles and high qualifications can write observation records in a more standardized way,their consciousness of reflection is inadequate,while teachers with low academic qualifications and low titles have blind observation and lack of analytical abilities.The observation and recording of senior teachers are also often affected by the handling of inspections and other matters.The author puts forward three strategies in view of the existing problems:First,teachers reshape themselves.Second,kindergartens provide multi-channel training for multiple observation records.Third,teachers and kindergartens cooperate with each other.
