Teachers' observation records provide the basis for a effective understanding for the kindergarten children,and the basis of the educational strategies formulation.However,in the real educational field,kindergarten teachers often don't really know what should be observed or how to record the information that are significant or how the children's behavior can be properly analyzed or how to support the children when they need.Therefore,the research on the current situations,the problems and the strategies about observation records,which are not well studied for now,can provide the reference for kindergarten teachers and will improve the efficiency of their observing and recording in practice.Based on the observation records make from the kindergarten teachers,this study we will outline a more objective and real picture of the current situation,and it will discuss the problems occurred during the teachers carry out the observing and recording in practice.It will also go deep to the factors that influence the teachers' carrying out in observing and recording in real life.Based on these,specific and targeted advice will be offered at last.This study will attempt to enrich the theory related to it and provide a both theoretical and practical reference for the teacher's observation and record work and their professional improvement as well.This research combines the qualitative research method and the quantitative statistics methods to explore and analyze the present situation.At the beginning,based on the text materials which will present the a general picture about the current situation about the teacher's observation and record work.For achieving this goal,focus will be placed on the following aspects: the focal points when the kindergarten teachers observe,the way they record and analyse,and the support they give during the process.Through the current situations analysis,several problems are revealed.Such as teachers' narrow observation horizon and biased perspective;their weak logic and expression in recording;their lack of children's self-development sense and the base of profession knowledge;the shortage in the supported strategies and efficiency.According to the problem research,analysis on the teachers' inner factors such as teachers' observing and recording level,their professional theory accomplishment and their view to teaching and children and those external factors such as the limitation of working space and time and the weakness of kindergarten management and others show that they both are the key to the effectiveness of teachers' observation record work.Based on this,in this paper strategies and suggestions will be put forward form both the teachers and kindergartens angle.On the teachers' side,they will need to further deepen their understanding about the observation records,set up a framework for observation records and internalize their theoretical basis.Also they have to comb andlocalize the children's behavior,join and experience the children's learning process and establish the child-oriented concepts.While on the kindergartens' side,more emphasis and guide will have to be concerned on the teachers' observation record.They should optimize the day-to-day management and the guarantee the conditions of teachers' observation.They must adopt multi-forms of assessments and good two-way communication system.They also have to build up research platforms at all levels for a "bottom-up" research and to developed a garden-based training course to support and promote their observation skills.
