Resarch On Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurship's Intention Of University Students

Entrepreneurship is an effective way to expand employment and promote economic development.Entrepreneurial intention is the possibility of engaging in entrepreneurial activities in the future,the prediction index of entrepreneurial behavior,as well as an important entry point to understand the entrepreneurial behavior of College Students.College students are one of the most innovative and entrepreneurial potential groups.Strengthening the study of College Students' entrepreneurial intention is helpful to deepen the exploration of College Students' entrepreneurship,and promote students' entrepreneurship.In this thesis,the author summarizes the influencing factors of College Students' entrepreneurial intention through reading literature,and puts forward the research model based on the theory of planned behavior and social cognitive theory.The research model is established and tested from personality traits,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurship education,personal background and social environment.In this thesis,students from Jilin University are the objects of investigation,the survey data obtained through the questionnaire and then the data will be analyzed by SPSS and verified the relevant assumptions,at last drawing the conclusion.This study examines the relationship between innovative traits,achievement traits,risk characteristics,personal control and entrepreneurial intention.The results show that the innovation traits and achievement traits have positive influence on students' entrepreneurial intention,and there is a significant negative correlati on between personal control and entrepreneurial intention.There is no significant correlation between risk characteristics and entrepreneurial intention.There is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.There is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention.There is significant difference in the different background factors of College Students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,male students' entrepreneurial intention is higher than that of female college students;science and economics students' entrepreneurial intentionm is much higher than the students of liberal arts.Business and work experience will have a positive impact on students' entrepreneurial intention;The entrepreneurial experience of family and friends can significantly affect entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on entrepreneurial intention,the more positive attitude towards entrepreneurship education,the higher the satisfaction of the entrepreneurial education,the stronger the entrepreneurial intention.College Students' perceived entrepreneurial policies are significantly related to the entrepreneurial intention of college students,while perceived entrepreneurial climate does not cause significant changes in entrepreneurial intentions.According to the results of the study,the thesis provides some suggestions for the government to strengthen the entrepreneurial support,enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,and enhance the entrepreneurial intention of College Students so as to promote entrepreneurship practice.
