A Study On The Influencing Factors Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Intention

The entrepreneurial behavior of college students is affected by entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial intention has always been the best predictive index for scholars to predict entrepreneurial behavior.The entrepreneurial behavior of college students has been expanded with the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the number of college graduates has soared year by year.According to the latest news released by the Ministry of Education,the number of fresh graduates in China reached 8.2 million in 2018,up from 7.95 million in 2017.Hit a record high,the employment situation is becoming more and more serious.The phenomenon of "unemployment after graduation" is becoming more and more common among college students.However,with the support of the National Entrepreneurship Policy,the entrepreneurship rate of college students in 2018 was only 4.78%,down 1.32%compared with 2017,so how to increase the proportion of entrepreneurship.It can make more and more college students carry out entrepreneurial activities and gradually become a problem that the government and colleges and universities attach great importance to.In this paper,Hunan University,Central South University,Changsha University of Technology and Hunan University of Technology were investigated by means of convenient sampling.A total of 826 questionnaires were sent out and 618 valid questionnaires were collected.After collecting these questionnaires,we use empirical analysis to introduce two variables:entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship policy.Based on the three theoretical variables of behavior attitude and perceptual behavior control and subjective norms in the theory of planned behavior,this paper extends the two dimensions of entrepreneurship education:students'attitude and personal subjective norms,and analyzes and studies them on the basis of the theory of planned behavior.The effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurship Policy on College students' Entrepreneurship intention Factors of influence.Through a series of research methods,such as correlation analysis,the following research results are obtained:(1)there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship education and college students'entrepreneurial intention.Among them,students' attitude and school teaching and other factors can improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students.And the establishment of entrepreneurship information exchange platform in colleges and universities can further enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students.(2)there is also a close relationship between the national entrepreneurship policy and the entrepreneurial intention of college students,and there is a positive correlation between the two,that is,the more perfect the national entrepreneurship policy,Then the stronger the creative will of college students.
