The duty of the teachers is to cultivate more phenoms for social development.Nevertheless,the quality of them will have a great impact on the cultivation of the talents,notably the quality specialized in classroom teaching.Only when teachers analyze syllabus and contents and take suitable teaching methods and strategies as well,can classroom teaching works.As a result,all these improves the validity of classroom teaching.The persons who are still in their initial days are really unique.For those who have just stepped into this area,having no ideas how to translate knowledge into teaching experience with lower capacity of education and teaching strategies compared with the experienced teachers,can guarantee learners with a decent education as soon as they attain effective teaching.So,this paper mainly carries a research on classroom effective teaching for Novice English Teachers in Primary School,which is divided into six parts:The first part is for the introduction,which carries on the introduction of the research background,purpose and significance at the beginning.Next,I list the related research at home and abroad in the ways of the novice teachers and effective teaching.Finally,I summarize the ideas,the use of the method in this paper.The second part demonstrates the definition of the relevant concepts.Such as,novice teachers and classroom effective teaching.Then it sets forth the basic foundations and the principles for effective teaching in English class.The third part carries on the study of classroom effective teaching for novice teachers in primary school.This chapter carries a research on the situation of two primary schools by case study,which integrates the result of form of evaluation and seeks into the encountered problems and difficulties during their survival period.Through deep analyzing these results,we can find out that the reasons for classroom teaching effectiveness in primary schools.The fourth part puts forward the factors and the cause analysis which influenced on the effective teaching of novice teachers.Firstly,it raises three factors which had great impact on effective teaching,which includes the novice teachers,students and teaching environment.Secondly,it analyses the reasons that effected novice teachers' effective teaching with the practical case.The fifth part is the chapter of countermeasures.It was mainly based on the previous research,which is on account of the main classroom teaching strategies and supplementary ones,putting forward the countermeasures to classroom effective teaching in primary schools.The sixth part is the conclusion for this study which summarizes the countermeasures well puts forward further suggestions regarding to the theme.
