Effective classroom management is the basic condition for the smooth implementation of classroom teaching,Effective management by teachers can promote the progress of teaching activities and form a good classroom atmosphere,encourage students to actively participate in learning,improve the teaching effect and promote the development of students.By means of questionnaire survey,interview,observation and other research methods,this article investigates the classroom discipline management,classroom physical environment management and classroom psychological environment management of novice teachers in M primary school in zhengzhou,henan province.It is found that there are the following problems in the classroom management of novice teachers in primary schools: unreasonable orientation of classroom management,the basis of classroom management is not appropriate,the content of classroom management is one-sided,classroom management method is not appropriate.The above problems are caused by the misunderstanding of novice teachers on classroom management,the unscientific formulation of classroom rules,the insufficient classroom management ability of novice teachers,the insufficient authority of novice teachers,and the low teaching level of novice teachers in primary school.To solve the problems existing in the classroom management of novice teachers,we can take the following countermeasures: change the classroom management cognition of primary schools of novice teachers,enhance the scientific content of classroom rules,enhance the classroom management ability of novice teachers,establish the authority of novice teachers,and improve the teaching level of primary schools of novice teachers.
