In October 2016,the author worked as an intern in the first middle school of Sipping C ity with other nine English teachers together to see the training of English teachers in senior high school.The main study of the training is participatory teaching.With the aim of "let the students participate in the classroom,which makes the teacher easy to teach",we should give full play to the students' subjectivity,initiative and creativity in their activities.At the same time,participation in the teaching system is to support the rules system of participatory teaching.The participating teaching method can guarantee the quantity and quality of students' participation in teaching activities;ensure that every student can participate in the class;regulate the deviation and contradiction between the teachers and students.Participatory teaching is a new teaching method,so its system is still not perfect.O ur country is carrying on the basic education curriculum reform,and the reform also stressed the need to change the way of students' learning,promote independent learning,cooperative learning,inquiry learning and other new ways of learning.Therefore,students' subject status and initiative should be the biggest problem.The purpose of this study is to see the effect of participatory teaching in senior high school English teaching through the English teachers' understanding and applying of the concept of participatory teaching,at the same time,find out the problems encountered in teaching,so as to solve these problems and to enhance the application of participation teaching method in Senior High School English classroom.There are two research questions:(1)How participatory teaching can play an important role in the process of English Teaching in senior high school?(2)As one of the participants in the participatory teaching method,is the student who participated in the participatory teaching better than the other students?The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)After training,the teachers can use participatory teaching methods in high school English class.(2)Teachers and students have changed quite positively in participating in the teaching process;the students could learn more,however,there are still some problems in the teachers' understanding of participatory teaching and the students' acceptability.To these problems,the author puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improvementThis article is mainly on the theory and practice of cognitive psychology of high school students to study the knowledge framework of behaviorism and constructivism,with students as the object of study,using interviews,classroom observation and testing methods to research,as well as make research on the English teachers' understanding in teaching philosophy,the analysis of the teaching situation of the using of participatory teaching method,and the using of computer data analysis in analyzing the students' exam results,combined with the traditional teaching methods,to show the changes made by the participatory teaching methods.This paper attempts to analyze the application of participatory approach in English Teaching in senior high school.The purpose of this study was to test in senior high school English classroom to demonstrate the feasibility of participation teaching,and the effective use of participatory teaching can improve the students' teaching syllabus of listening,reading,writing,four language ability,and can stimulate the students' English as a language of interest,finally make the students actively participate in teaching activities.This paper conducted the pretest and posttest experimental teaching of graduation practice,and analyzed the data in the school graduation practice to prove that the expected result is valid.The most important thing is that the author read the relevant theory of spare time learning and a large number of organizations,which contribute to the authors' research.From the experiment and analysis of this issue,the results show that the participatory method is a new and advanced teaching methods,can be applied in high school English classroom;this new advanced method is helpful to improve the language ability of students,and it is the requirement of the new curriculum.Through a series of experiments and analysis,we can draw the following conclusions: in the high school English classroom teaching,the participatory teaching method can be achieved,if implemented properly,this kind of advanced teaching method in middle school English class is very helpful,though there are some shortcomings and obstacles,the using of this teaching method id quite promising.
