Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of The Outdoor Training Base For Young People In Chengdu

Since twenty-first Century,with the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,China's position in the world has been improving.The country's demand for teenagers in the future is getting higher and higher,facing the increasingly intense pressure of social competition,they not only need strong scientific and technological knowledge as precipitate,but also need strong physique,noble personality charm and healthy mental quality in order to get a foothold in the society.So for the majority of teenagers,it is particularly important for them to improve their intelligence development,cultivate their moral character,promote their physical health and exercise their comprehensive qualities.There are many ways to improve the comprehensive quality of teenagers.Outdoor Bound training,as a popular outside school teaching model in the market,is also known as experiential learning,be loved by the majority of teenagers.It mainly focuses on the participation of participants in their physical activities to improve their personal charisma and comprehensive quality,so that participants can expand the time of physical education and enlarge the space of physical education teaching by participating in activities and developing ways of charm.Outdoor Bound training can not only meet the general teaching objectives of school sports,but also can make up for the deficiency of traditional physical education teaching mode in training students' comprehensive quality ability to a certain extent.As a necessary place for outdoor expansion training,Outdoor Bound training base has also become one of the important parts of the smooth development of sports outside school.Outdoor Bound training base to provide training for teenagers to take part in the development of the necessary equipment,coaches,safety protection measures and so on,at the same time Outdoor Bound training base construction and development level have great influence on the base of the teaching quality and the number of people participating in the training,security,social reputation and its development prospect.Sichuan province is a large province of education in China,Chengdu as the capital of Sichuan Province,in recent years,the various kinds of sports activities that students have participated in are constantly enriched.In order to enable Outdoor Bound training base to meet more teenagers 's participation in Outdoor Bound training requirements,we have better development for Chengdu youth outdoor development training base.This study is based on the author's own time,financial and energy,through a survey of more than ten Outdoor Bound training bases in Chengdu.At last,3 Outdoor Bound training bases were selected for research and investigation based on factors such as location,transportation,base size,number of participants,base training courses,quality of base trainers.This study mainly uses the methods of documentation,field visits,interviews,data statistics and questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of the development and development of 3 Outdoor Bound training bases and the basic situation of youth participation in base activities.This study is divided into the following four parts:The first part mainly concerns the presentation of the research questions,the practical significance and theoretical significance of the research,the research objects and the research methods adopted in this study,as well as the overview of outdoor and outdoor training bases at home and abroad.The second part mainly talks about the current situation of Chengdu Outward Bound training through questionnaires,interviews and field visits.It mainly includes the hardware facilities,curriculum,teachers' status,sources of funding,participants' motivation and the satisfaction of participants to expand bases.The third part is mainly to analyze the existing problems of the Outward bound training base in Chengdu.Summarize the factors that influence the Chengdu youth Outward bound training base development are the main venues hardware facilities is relatively backward,the base of curriculum content lack of innovation base,training of professional skill is not high,lack of professional personnel,sources of funds shortage and participant satisfaction of outdoor base needs to be improved.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Through the investigation and study of the Outward Bound training base in Chengdu,the conclusions are as follows:At present,the Outward Bound training bases in Chengdu are facing many common problems,such as backward hardware facilities,lack of innovation in curriculum content,shortage of funds and lack of professionals.This seriously affects and restricts the development and construction of Chengdu Outward Bound training base.In order to solve these problems,this study suggests that the base should improve the infrastructure construction,strengthen exchanges and cooperation between base and innovation base of training content,broaden the sources of funding channels to increase the base reserves,the introduction of high-quality professional talent training base to improve the comprehensive quality,learn from foreign experience in the development of sustainable development to achieve relatively advanced base,at the same time according to the unique geographical environment of Chengdu,the advantage of research and development of new curriculum by means of nature to do,strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the government and the benign,strengthen the publicity of the Outward Bound training base for teenagers,Outward Bound training base to improve social awareness,to attract more teenagers to participate in outdoor training.
