The rural high school students’ learning foundation is relatively weak,and they lack learning methods and strategies,causing learning difficulty,self-contempt,learning burnout and giving up their study.Therefore,to deeply understand and grasp the life values in a critical period of the formation of the rural situation and the development characteristics of high school students knowledge values,and further found that the value of knowledge interaction in rural and dimensions,as well as the two aspects of the gender dimension,differences in grade dimension characteristics,will help guide the rural high school students to establish a scientific and rational view of knowledge value,greatly promote the all-round development of students.The study uses the "the importance of knowledge questionnaire for high school students",the reliability and validity of which are high,to do reseach on 600 students from three grades in Jingtang Zhugao Middle School(Zhugao is the first working out town in the country and Jintang Zhugao Middle School is a typical rural high school.)The effective data is then processed.At the last part,I use the method of case analysis of interviews,four rural left behind high school students are related to the interview in the value of knowledge,understanding of the factors affecting their knowledge value,and make relevant analysis and put forward related suggestions to guide the rural high school students to set up a reasonable knowledge values.the findings are as follows:First,the knowledge values of left behind high school students in rural areas are generally positive development trend,and they emphasis more on the social value of knowledge.Second,Compared with non left behind senior high school students in rural areas,rural left behind high school students think that knowledge is more important in personal orientation.Third,in the rural senior high school students,there are some obvious differences between boys and girls in the value of knowledge.Girls’ scores on social orientation of national rejuvenation and many other dimensions are higher than those of boys,while their scores in the marriage dimensions of personal orientation are significantly lower than that of boys,and girls believe that knowledge has more social value.Fourth,the individual orientation and social orientation scores measured in rural senior high school students,with 2(gender)* 2(left behind or not)the variance interaction analysis results show that the rural high school students left behind and not in the individual orientation and social orientation scores level have obvious difference.There are significant main effect,but left behind or not and the interaction of gender is not significant.Fifth,there is a difference between the total score and the social orientation of the rural left behind senior high school students’ knowledge values,there are differences between the three grades,and the scores of the senior one students are significantly higher than those of the other two grades.Based on the above research results,I puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the knowledge values of left behind senior high school students from the perspective of moral education,education and curriculum.
