Research On Playful Learning And Teaching In Rural Kindergarten

At present,rural kindergarten still use the traditional "cramming" teaching mode,kindergarten "primary school" phenomenon is serious,not only restrict the healthy development of the rural preschool education,and is not conducive to children's comprehensive ability cultivation and promotion.Therefore,change the existing rural kindergarten teaching mode,teaching gaming has become a necessary way to the current rural preschool education reform.This study based on the view of the central kindergarten teaching activities of Henan province XX all,villages and towns management center kindergarten and preschool teacher interviews,in order to explore to affect XX all gaming center kindergarten teaching activities,teaching gaming activities for its development put forward the corresponding suggestion,for rural kindergarten teaching gaming activities in other areas to provide certain reference.This study chooses the literature method to the kindergarten teaching,the relationship between games and to consult,from teaching activity subject source,organization and implementation of teaching activities,teaching evaluation and so on three angles make observation records and the interview outline;Using the method of observation to XX to observe all center kindergarten teaching activities and uses the anecdotes recording record the situation of the teaching activities;Using interview method to understand the rural kindergarten management and the present situation of teachers in kindergarten teaching games,games and teaching of understanding and the view,at the same time complement to the observation record part of the problem.According to the survey,in rural kindergarten teaching activity theme single source,subject independently determine teaching activity of teachers,teaching activity main body positioning error,preschool teachers guidance lack of scientific nature,teachers and children's lack of emotional communication actively,inversion evaluation subject,evaluation content is too simple,single assessment way and other issues.By analyzing the current situation of playful learning and teaching in the town center kindergarten of XX combined with observation records and interviews,this study analyzed the affect factors of playful learning and teaching in kindergarten from five aspects,such as the teaching environment of kindergarten,the setting of curriculum system,the comprehensive quality of preschool teachers and the understanding of teaching parents.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the kindergarten teaching in the kindergarten,including the lack of educational environment of kindergarten in rural kindergartens(lack of rationality in the provision of kindergarten capital and lack of rationality in teaching environment).The teacher-child ratio of rural kindergarten is too high.The curriculum systems of rural Kindergarten Settings are unreasonable.The overall quality of rural kindergarten teachers can't meet the needs of teaching game(kindergarten teachers on the teaching of the game misunderstanding,teaching philosophy behind and lack of teaching skills).Children's parents lack of correct understanding of playful learning and teaching.According to the factors that affect the playful learning and teaching in kindergarten,combined with relevant theories and literature,the following suggestions are put forward for the teaching of rural kindergarten: creating teaching environment rich in game factors(to increase the capital investment in rural kindergartens and create a game of teaching environment).Improve the rural preschool teachers treatment,reduce rural kindergarten teacher-child ratio.The curriculum systems of kindergarten are setup reasonable.Promote preschool teachers' comprehensive quality(correctly understand the relation between teaching and games,and improve the teaching idea and teaching skills).Guide the kindergarten parents understanding of playful learning and teaching correctly.
