National medium and long-term educational reform anddevelopment plan (2010-2020)","basic universal pre-schooleducation" and "focus on the development of rural preschooleducation", focus on the development of rural preschool educationin teachers team construction, how to improve the professionalquality of teachers has become the state and educationdepartments and kindergarten most matter of concern.Ways to improve the quality of teachers is various, such asparticipating in in-service training, post training, provincial training,improve their professional quality. This external training methodscan’t combine the theory and the practice of kindergarten is verygood, can not meet the training needs of preschool teachers. Theteacher began by external training method to seek the internalsupport. In the exploration of kindergarten-based teachingresearch is found in the research of teaching in the garden, with theteacher as the research subject, teaching and research combinedwith an important way to promote the professional development ofkindergarten teachers.This study is based on the Y city in Shanxi Province, select the Ycity13county13villages and towns of23rural kindergarten as theresearch object, mainly through the questionnaire survey method, interview method, observation method of the current situation ofrural kindergarten-based teaching research investigation. Thisresearch mainly from the present situation of rural kindergarten,the research department of the Sono Moto problem and reason,Sono Moto teaching mode construction three aspects:First, Research status of this research mainly from a ruralkindergarten: kindergarten-based teaching research organizationand management structure, teaching content, teaching form, SonoMoto in the scene, the role of the professional development ofteachers, the leadership of the Department of garden emphasis toanalyze six aspects.Second, the rural kindergarten-based teaching research is themain problem: Rural Preschool Teachers’ professional quality is low,the teachers in teaching and research in the subject is not strong,teaching mode, teaching methods single, imperfect system, lack ofprofessional leading.Third,, rural kindergarten-based teaching research problemshave three main reasons: rural kindergarten teachers strengthweak, the rural kindergarten internal support is not enough, thelack of external support in kindergarten.Fouth, the researchers tried to build suitable for ruralkindergarten development of kindergarten-based teaching modefrom the internal support and external support in two areas, thebetter to promote the development of rural kindergarten-basedteaching research. The kindergarten interior support mainly toimprove the professional quality of teachers, strengthenkindergarten-based teaching research system construction, strengthen the park leadership attention; external support is mainlyto build the "urban and rural integration" kindergarten-basedteaching research, strengthen professional guidance, thegovernment to increase investment in rural kindergarten. Thus forthe rural areas of the better development of kindergarten-basedteaching research to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
