The ongoing reform of basic education is not a single level of reform,but the reform of the whole system.Whether from the nature of the course to the curriculum concept,or from the teaching model to the learning evaluation,are highlighted its new features.The effectiveness of the reform of mathematics education is more dependent on the first-line mathematics teachers on the degree of mathematics curriculum standards and implementation efforts.Classroom teaching is the way in which students have a purposeful and planned way to learn,and it is the most effective way for students to acquire knowledge.The teaching design is the prerequisite and foundation of classroom teaching.It guides teachers' teaching behavior and students' learning direction,which is the key factor of teachers' effective teaching and the important content of teachers' professional development.Based on the elements of mathematics teaching design,this study investigates the current situation of quasi-mathematics teachers' teaching design,collates and analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper summarizes the research results of teaching design,mathematics teaching design and quasi-teacher teaching design by means of literature analysis,and has learned the research status of quasi-mathematics teachers' teaching design.Using questionnaire survey,works analysis and interview And the research methods are aimed at the current situation of the teaching design of mathematics teachers.It is found that the teaching design of quasi-mathematics teachers mainly has the following problems:the over-reliance on the teaching design of others,the lack of their own thinking;the analysis of students and teaching materials is not deep enough;the teaching goal is empty and does not have inaccurate expression;teaching difficulties can not be effectively grasp;classroom import focus on creation of reality situation;less use of information technology;mathematics teaching design theory is not enough depth.In view of the problems and shortcomings of quasi-mathematics teacher teaching design,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: to strengthen the study of mathematical education theory;learn senior teachers' teaching design;carefully studythe primary and secondary school mathematics textbooks;actively participate in "normal school students teaching skills" training;to strengthen self-reflection;to improve the use of modern information technology and teaching software.
