With the establishment of the new China especially since reform and opening up,more and more national attention to education,making the scale of education personnel in our country has been ranked in the world,to meet the basic needs of the development of China's education,support from the world's largest educational system,has made important contribution for our country to become the big country of human resources.However,in recent years,rural students have flocked to the city,dramatically reducing the rural students.A large number of students lost,so that most schools in rural areas gradually "empty shell"".According to official data show that as of the end of 2014,Gansu Province,there are 10527 schools of compulsory education in rural areas,8544 schools,accounted for 81.24%;hundred micro scale rural schools 7892,accounting for the total number of compulsory education schools in 75%,accounting for 92.37%of the number of rural schools;10 people following the"empty shell" more than 3700 schools,accounting for the total number of compulsory education schools in 35%,and even individual schools and a shell of a school.In this paper,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as an example,is divided into four chapters,first from the "shell of the domestic research status of primary school,research on the current situation of Linxia "shell primary school" and the causes of multi angle deep.The first chapter combines the Chinese characteristic socialism and the national education system,through the analysis of the basic content and the guiding ideology of socialism Chinese national education system,the national education in socialist China can always on the road constantly advancing and development.The second chapter gives a brief account of the basic education in Linxia in recent years,and makes a systematic understanding of the identification and characteristics of "shell primary school".The third chapter is mainly about the causes of the "shell primary school" in Linxia,from the social,educational,economic,policy and other factors from the objective aspects.The fourth chapter takes the policy and suggestion of solving the problem of "shell primary school" in Linxia as the starting point.Combined with the actual situation of more targeted policies to improve the ethnic areas of Linxia "shell primary school" problems and the status quo,and promote the local ethnic minority areas of basic education development.
