Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Cultivating Postgraduates Of Traditional Chinese Physical Education In Northwest China

Traditional Chinese sports science is the establishment of the latest secondary discipline in physical education,its development of graduate education is short,the training model is not yet mature.With the development of China's economy and society,the demands of the employing units on the talents are also changing.The postgraduates of the national traditional sports science in the northwest region has not fully adapted to the diversified needs of social development,its quality of training is low,comparing with other developed areas.National traditional sports science is the essence of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.As a high-level talent of the traditional national sports,it should bear the important task of inheriting and carrying forward the national traditional culture and carrying forward the national sports spirit.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to research and analyze the existing training programs of Shanxi Normal University,Xi'an Institute of Physical Education,Northwest Normal University,Northwest University for Nationalities,and Xinjiang Normal University.This paper discusses aspects of training from the training objectives,training methods and learning years,curriculum and practice links,curriculum teaching and mentor guidance,research training and dissertations,graduate management and mentor team,training quality assurance system.Summed up the problems on the process of training of northwestern region traditional sports master graduate students.The paper aims to provide reliable and accurate information for the postgraduate education management department and the relevant postgraduates training units to fully understand the current situation of cultivating postgraduates of traditional Chinese sports science.It is of great theoretical value to promote the cultivation of postgraduates of traditional Chinese sports science in northwest of China,and prompts it become more scientific and reasonable.It is also of great practical significance to optimize the training mode and improve the quality of training.The results show that:1)the training objectives of the traditional Chinese sports master in the northwest region are relatively clear,the social adaptability and the degree of achievement are relatively high;2)The training direction is too broad and the learning years of some colleges are not flexible enough;3)The curriculum is reasonable,but there are still Theory and practice is not close,the total amount of the curriculum is too small,can not adapt to the current social needs and student employment,while the curriculum is relatively narrow,obsolete curriculum knowledge,lack of frontier and other issues;4)Graduate students in the study period to participate in the practice of more opportunities,but the scientific research and practice activities mainly to the school-based;5)no fixed professional teaching materials,teaching methods are single,mostly traditional teaching method;6)age structure of stuffs is irrational,lacking of brilliant supervisors,serious aging,low academic qualifications,academic structure and title structure is unreasonable;7)graduate research training is insufficient,the number of published papers and the quality of low;8)school requirements for graduate students in the middle of the assessment are not very strict.
