Study On Agri-Sci-Tech Cooperation Talent Training Base

Since the 1990 s,China's industrial transformation and upgrading,promote higher education into the layout and structure adjustment in the New.As an important part of higher education,higher agricultural education reform is imperative,urgent need for new training model established.Therefore,the combination of market demand,the integration of industry resources,construction,agriculture,science and cooperation in personnel training base,to enhance agricultural student practical ability to improve the agricultural quality of personnel training,and better integrate agricultural education and other aspects of the industry sector has a very important role and significance.In this paper,with reference to relevant researches,agricultural science and education cooperation with Huazhong Agricultural University personnel training base for the object,we conducted interviews and survey research bases and collect relevant data,define herein understood agriculture,science and cooperation training base connotation and extension.On the basis of literature research,agricultural science and education cooperation will develop into training base construction and agriculture,science and cooperation training base of Agri accumulation of modern agricultural technology system industry start three stages.Cooperation and agriculture,science and personnel training base construction mode into a service focused on teaching internship base,focusing on the development of scientific research base,the base and focusing on the promotion of integrated comprehensive base results into four types.Further cooperation in agriculture,science and explain the training base is the carrier of Agricultural Students' Practical Ability,is the relevant point of view agricultural high-tech incubator of talent and excellence in agriculture and forestry cultivation platform.Through the collection and analysis of survey data,that the agricultural science and education cooperation training base for the first time has approved five characteristics,namely generally by economic zone layout and build institutions with a solid basis for cooperation,led by agricultural colleges management function focuses,in close connection with industrial advantages,with preferential policies and adequate conditions for support.Huazhong Agricultural University,summarizes the status of the teaching and practice of agricultural science and education cooperation training base construction.Meanwhile,the discovery of agriculture,science cooperation training base building process exists lack of overall planning,lack of institutional arrangements,enterprises element is not active,the lack of sustainable safeguard mechanism,the lack of a sound base for personnel training quality monitoring and evaluation system,the lack of base operational risk warning problems with the exit mechanism.Finally,through the analysis of foreign agriculture,science and culture cooperation bases of similar cases come to system security is a prerequisite for base construction,government guidance is a key base of operations,the construction of the mechanism is driven continuous revelation base security,agriculture,science and proposes cooperation personnel suggestions training base construction,that the legal system as a guide to construct the base security system;a government-led,to improve co-ordination of agricultural science and education cooperation;institutional building to focus on promoting collaborative innovation base.
