A valuable point of outstanding enterprises lies in whether it can exist for a long time.In twenty-first Century, competition is everywhere from the past big fish eat small fish to the fast fish eats the slow or marketing idea to the develo pment of the interoperability collaborative innovation business philosophy is not only the concept of innovation is the embodiment of social progress.Perhaps it i s this sense of innovation has brought opportunities to the enterprise sustainable development. Collaborative innovation is the essence of the integration of resourc es and cooperation between subjects, and the core resource integration is the inte gration of human resources, only the effective integration of human resources for effective management in order to promote resource. The integration of different resources will lead to different changes and innovation in sustainable developmen t integration, innovation change and integration, continuous cycle of innovation i n the enterprise, the cooperative life cycle continuous all has strong vitality.The cooperation between enterprise and university career guidance in support of the government after years of hard work has made great achievements, from the past simple cooperation to collaborative innovation today, but also has many deficiencies and needs to be improved urgently. Through consulting a number of literature material as well as the school of school enterprise cooperation at the end of term four months intern ship experience at home and abroad, the school enterprise cooperation mode were investigated and summarized in detail to discov er the cause of cooperation in passive target is not uniform different value dema nds, human management chaotic and so on questions of our school enterprise co operation, lack of information communication and vitality, more do not talk to g o up to achieve a win-win situation.Based on the theory of strategic alliances collaborative innovation theory co mmunication theory, incentive theory symbiosis theory and three elements theory to carry on the research and analysis according to the main problems existing in the current domestic cooperation and put forward corresponding counter measure s first set up a school enterprise talent strategy alliance in the region and then o n this basis the union human resources reasonable and effective management to achieve the integration of resources collaborative innovation target. There is an o rganization and normal operation need to have three elements respectively is the cooperation intention the same goal and information exchange. Communication is the exchange and sharing of information effective, good communication is the b asis of emotion between team members is a prerequisite for cooperation intention, effective incentive mechanism will guide the staff gradually to close to the targ et organization. The author tries to through the above method to optimize the m ode of school enterprise collaborative innovation promote the University and ente rprise cooperative innovation, to achieve a win-win situation between universities and enterprises so as to promote the sustainable development of the regional eco nomy.The main conclusions of this thesis summarized some:(1) Summarizes the domestic lack of school enterprise cooperation. The curr ent status of domestic and foreign cooperation pattern analysis, found that China’ s school enterprise cooperation modeled ficiencies is the lack of talent resources for effective integration of universities, and the exchange of information between enterprises, less talent incentive is weak.(2)To explain the regional alliance enterprise talent concept. The author from the school enterprise cooperation in the process of solving the existing problems of enterprise talent, through the establishment of enterprise resource alliance wil1be integrated in a platform, unified management. This alliance is a resource ex change, collective innovation group, is a regional economic sustainable developm ent power source.(3)Set up aregionalenterprisetalentunionorganization.Regionalenterprisetalentallia nceisan organization, have a common goal, vision, mission and all kinds of res ources, a very important part of the organization set up and management of hum an resources, is the primary task, the organization set up is the basic operation of all management activities, It is necessary to carry out the work of the staff.1n this paper, the regional alliance enterprise talent is divided into two parts, one part is fixed to the functional departments, the other part is the project changes. The former includes the Council and the Secretariat, the latter includes project a nd research institute.(4)through the establishment of incentive mechanism of the existing mode of communication, optimize.According to Barnard three elements theory, the existe nce and operation of an organization must have three basic conditions, that is th e intention, the same goal and information exchange. The existence and operation of regional enterprise talent union ursery rhymes to have these three conditions.
