Vocational education is an important achievement from the result of Chinesehigher education innovation in the last10years. It makes positive contribution to thedevelopment of higher education, science and technology and prosperous for thetalents. Due to the particularity of vocational education-vocational education andhigher education work in parallel, domestic colleges generally adopt the trainingmodel like school-enterprise cooperation, while the adopted colleges are limited and,the effects are unsatisfied. As a result, it makes great theory and practical contributionon improving the quality of vocational education pattern by doing the research oncollege-enterprises collaboration.This article begins from the perspective of colleges and enterprise cooperation,applying advanced management ideas and methods like the theory of collaborativeand innovative ideas to figure out reformation hypothesizes and innovationsuggestions, which relate to the school-enterprise cooperation in G College. In thispaper, the content is divided into six chapters. Among them, the first chapter is anintroduction. Chapter two is the definition of collaborative innovation and enterprisecooperation. Chapter three is the analysis of the current situation in Chinesevocational education cooperation and overseas college-enterprises collaborationexperience. Chapter four is about the introduction of college-enterprises collaborationsituation in G College. Chapter five is going to work out the cooperation mechanismbased on the concept of collaborative innovation theory. The last chapter is theconclusion and possible expectation.Based on the background of the vocational education college-enterprisecollaboration development in China, this article analysis the inadequaciescollaboration in the School of G. what’s more, reformation proposals oncollege-enterprise collaboration for G Institute are given based on the theory ofinnovation. The recommendations mainly focus on four innovative subjects: GInstitute, cooperative enterprises, students and the local government. In order to reachthe goal of multi-win, all the resources need to be cooperated and college-enterprisescollaboration need to be reinforce. This paper not only includes the summary of the research on cooperation of domestic and international school-enterprise, but alsoincludes the reformation and innovation thinking of G College, which comes to be thespecific object in this research. It is great innovation for the research ofschool-enterprise cooperation, and can be partly treated as a reference to othervocational school school-enterprise cooperation reformation.
