Judicial Worker Research On Juvenile Involvement In Property Crime In The Pointview Of Family

As a main issue of public security,minor crime is paid high attention to now.Among all the minor criminal types,property crime is common.Juvenile suspected crime is resulted from many factors including subject factor,family factor,social factor and other factors.Family plays an important role in fostering juvenile outlook on life,value and world and their moral and behaviour guideline.So family factor should be laid emphasis on in analyzing Juvenile crime reason.Currently the justice social work in China has adopt social work professional methods that intervene in juvenile fishing expedition system.Juveniles who involved in the crimes and their criminal condition will be known and grasped by justice social workers exactly through social investigation,which helps judicial workers make scientific judgement and helps juveniles those who involved in the crime return to society smoothly.The thesis adopts case study and evidence-based social work method to analyse judicial social work and cases of C Juvenile Justice Social Work Office in B city from the pointview of family.It explains how intervening mode of judicial social work of C Juvenile Justice Social Work Office carry out.It concludes main factors that result in juveniles involvement in property crime.It also provides a new method to prevent juveniles from committing crimes to promote judicial social work intetvening mode application.
