The Path Of Judicial Social Work Intervene To Guilty Of Adolescents

Juvenile delinquency is not only a social problem facing our country,but also an important issue that all countries and regions around the world should face and pay attention to.At present,China advocates the construction of civilized and harmonious society,great to meet people's material needs,but also pay more attention to spiritual civilization construction.We have to adopt a more humane way in dealing with juveniles involved in crime.In recent years,the judicial system has been continuously developed and perfected,especially after the reform of the juvenilejudicial system,the correction of juvenile delinquency is no longer confined to the judiciary,and the addition of judicial social work has added a force.This intervention has taken place in the prevention,correction and reduction of the risk of juvenile delinquency,and it has a significant effect in helping young people to adapt to society and increase their support and inclusion.In this paper,the use of literature,data collection,case analysis and other methods to study.First of all,by analyzing the current situation of the current juvenile and the complexity of the causes of the crime,combined with the requirements of the reform of the juvenile judicial system and the advantages of judicial social work,to explore the necessity of judicial social work involved in juvenile delinquents.Secondly,through the study of social work theory,and discuss how to apply these theories in the correction work of juvenile delinquents.Thirdly,through the analysis of the values of judicial social work,the ways and methods of judicial social work in the process of involving juvenile delinquents are explained.And the specialization of force into the judicial work,because of its relatively soft means,and juvenile judicial system "should not be punished" concept fit,thus becoming involved in the current juvenile involvement in the new service model.Fourthly,we use the specific cases to introduce the three methods ofjudicial social work involved in juvenile delinquency,and explore and analyze the path of the juvenile involved in thejudicial social work.Finally,it discusses and prospects the development of judicial social work in the field of juvenile delinquency.
