The Research Of Improving College Students' Political Quality Under The National Management Modernization

In the third plenary session of the 18,our Party proposed overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform is that improving and perfecting the socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of national governance system and ability.In the process of country's management modernization,people's political quality plays a significant role,and it is also important for carrying out the political modernization smoothly,and college students as a main part of the country's future management,the promotion of their political quality is more important.At present,there is a gap between the college students'political quality and requirements of national management modernization,therefore,how to improve college students' political quality under the national management modernization,cultivate their political quality that meet national management's requirements is one of the important problems.Therefore,under the background of comprehensively deepening reformation,this thesis mainly study the improvement of college students' political quality in national management modernization,and the thesis investigates the gap between the college students' political quality and requirements of national management modernization in the form of questionnaire,strive to explore the path of promoting college students' political quality under the national management modernization.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part,introduces the research background,theoretical and practical significance briefly,and analyze the research status at home and abroad which related to this thesis,introduces the research method,and innovation.The second part,analyzes and summarizes concepts that related to college students' political quality and national management modernization,and discusses relevant theoretical support.National management modernization includes modernization of the national basic political system,national governance system,value system and the governance of capacity.Under national management modernization,college students' political quality mainly refers to the political cognition,political consciousness,political attitude,political belief and political ability.The third part,analyzes necessity of improving the political quality of university students under national management modernization,expounds the relevant relationship between national management modernization and promotion of college students' political quality.national management modernization puts forward higher requirements to college students' political quality,meet the requirement of cultivating talents for the national management modernization,maintains sophistication and purity of national administer,ensure the requirements of national policy been implemented.The fourth part,from five aspects that political cognition,political consciousness political attitude,political belief,political ability to expounds the connotation of college students' political quality under national management modernization.The fifth part,adopts the method of questionnaire,analyzes the valid data,settles the gap between college students' political quality and the requirements of national management modernization,and analyze the causes of the gap such as the way of publicity is not close to the college students',their political cognitive level is general.The democratic law is imperfect,weakened the college students' political identification.Campus education is lacking of attraction,college students' political consciousness is not strong.The diversification of social ideological made college students' political evaluation is not tight.Theory and practice is conformity,political belief is fuzzy,the confidence of national management modernization is not high.The limitations of social practice,the relevant management ability is different.The sixth part,the path of promoting college students' political quality under national management modernization.Reinforce the students' political cognition,improve self-identity of governance system;Guide the students' political consciousness,deepening national management concept;Correct the students' political attitude,assess management system fairly;Exercise the students' political belief,focus on the practice of national value system;Increase the political practice,enhance the capacity of national governance.The thesis associates national management modernization with college students' political quality,in the framework of national management modernization to study the elevation of college students'political quality,showing the value and significance of college students'political quality.The thesis expands national management modernization into social life,so that these will not just stay in the important part of political system and ideology,and further into the college students'political quality.It is beneficial to consolidating the social foundation of national management modernization,and provides some suggestion about develop college students' political quality under national management modernization.
